Check at 6:07, the place where he stops the card isn't what the guy chose. It is the simple pinky hold and let's him (The Magician) decide what card you get, and since the start you had the card he choose for y'all XD. At 6:50 when turning the card he again slides the card out to get that pinky hold and when he turns the deck to push the card in just before that he takes the card below that (The card those guys choose) and puts it behind the deck, So technically the guy pushed in a random card XD. Now at the start of 7:04, see how he slides out the bottom most card and tries to fold it while the girl brings the chair and fools the audience. Now at 7:20 he is done folding the card and is ready to go to his back pocket. Great one @TheKaranChauhanShow. Loved it. You have one of the best sleight of hand tricks. :)

actually there was a 2 of hearts in the last second cuts before karan spread
Now here's the Trick reveal- 6:47 watch it closely, he take two cards along with signed card and silently flips it, now the unsigned card is on the top,which he asks the audience to push it in. Whereas the signed card is still there at the bottom.
7:07 He is folding the card, you can see it. The entire deck wasn't having the signed card in the first place
This card is blue colour whereas the other one was yellow
Dont reveal it man all the fun dies when you know the trick

7:02 Card is in Bottom. 7:05 he started folding the card by one hand. 7:29 he started putting and swaping the card in his back pocket with the card he show the yellow card before starting the act
