With such equipments why is Turkey not participating in the 1bn$ tender for armored vehicles from India. Is it because they r worried on upsetting Pakistan?
Are all participants to the tender disclosed publicly?
Maybe Turkey is among them?
Or, who knows, maybe Turkey was not invited at all!

India won't allow Turkey. They are hostile to us, and are allies with pakistan. And, we have production line and technology to make these same equipments indegeniously.
