This was actually the series premiere, and it aired Jun 21, 1985 not Aug 23, 1985. The show was only 8 episodes and was done and off the air before Aug 23. Thanks for the upload. Wish I could find the Pat Harrington, Jr. segment ("Max and Me" - Jul 12, 1985). That's the one I remember best. He was a lot funnier than the other special guest stars. Or at least it seemed to me that he was at the time.

Imdb says this was the 9th episode and was aired Aug 23.
IMDb also says there were 2 seasons. I think that's more than enough to disregard anything they say.
