I think Brandi. She can prove, with footage throughout all series, that Brandi's touchy behavior is part of being a Bravo cast member. They are all touching each other and the behavior is to be expected by cast members. They destroyed her career by not releasing the footage and allowing the public to believe Brandi committed a crime.
