Well, good timing then. I hope you find something in it useful, or at least it sparks some ideas for your build. Some related planning... I intentionally didn't plan any room in the enclosure for a VFD. Variable Frequency Drives are one of the biggest sources of electrical noise in a CNC system. If/when I add a VFD it will be in its own separate enclosure. Good luck with your CNC panel.
Hi. Great job, i will take some ideas from the video. Did you share somewhere the Hinged Relay Board Mount and the DIN Rail Clip for Relay Board Mount stl files (or better the F360 files) ? Sorry for my bad English
Thanks. Glad to help with ideas. I haven't uploaded the STL(s) anywhere yet; but I'll look into it. I mostly work in Solidworks these days (I have access to it from work), so there's no Fusion 360 file for these parts. The relay board mount was printed in five parts. The main lower body, the upper swinging hinge section, the two trays that hold the relay boards, and the DIN rail clip. The trays and the clip are glued into place with CA (super) glue. I used a piece of 1/8-inch stainless steel welding rod for the hinge pin. If I didn't have that handy I'd probably use a piece of a wire coat hanger.
