Show Homes Like a Pro | Before, During & After Checklist

What really happens at a showing? Is it like House Hunters or Selling Sunset?
At least here in Appleton, Wisconsin - HGTV did not give me an accurate representation of what it was like to show a home to my buyers.
I have learned many tips and tricks along the way and have created a system that works for me! I'm excited to share it with you today :)
We'll walk through the prep work and what to do before you go on the showing. Then, we'll talk about what to do at a showing. I would highly recommend tagging along on a showing or two with an experienced real estate agent to get a feel for how they conduct showings. Then, we'll wrap up with what to do AFTER a showing. If your client is interested, there's more to do before you just submit an offer!
