    I am just a customer who thought it'd be a cool idea to make a video of the build process. I can't really help you with too many technical or supplier questions, but I'll try.

      The pool shell was put in place the first day (Monday). They spent the remaining part of the week leveling and filling in the rest of the area around the shell. Why no crushed gravel? I guess because it's Florida and everything here is sand.

      @@precioushaku How are the jets in the spa? do they work well, so far, mine seem weak. Also, do the jets in the pool have equal pressure, i feel like mine are not working correctly. Does the heater work well for the spa, can you change your pump to only work and heat spa? Did you get a custom cover that has the option to leave only the spa open in the winter? Was anything special done to get the coping on spa? The area of the spa where the coping has no footing to adhere to, is that stable? Just some of the issues so far?

    • @precioushaku
      @precioushaku  Před 2 lety +3

      When redirecting from pool return to spa jets only, they get very strong. All 6 have equal pressure. I have a heat pump pool heater and can control via valves to heat the pool, spa, or both. Spa will heat in under an hour, pool takes forever. I dont close my pool in winter (Florida perks) but I do have a solar cover that I cut in the shape of the pool and spa for "winter". For the spa coping, the built out the ring around it with pavers for reinforcement before laying the coping. No stability issues at all. My only issue is there not being a hand rail to get into the spa; the stairs dont seem very easy to traverse.
