These types of groups are called " Traditional Ballets ".They used to be popular in the 1960s and 1970s until they started to disappear in the 1980s due to lack of support .
Meru, Kuyu, Kamba, Mbasa, Swahili people came from Bakongo, Bakuba, Baluba, Mongo, Tetela and all of them derived from west Africa. Especially from tribes like Fulani, Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo!
