Midian is one of the greatest albums of all time... There are soooo many bomb tracks; Cthulu Dawn, Lord Abortion, Amore Morte, Safrons Curse, Her Ghost in the Fog... But the ending of Tortured Soul Asylum is SOooo dynamic and under rated. I would kill to see this live. I have seen CoF 4 times, but the only Midian songs I have heard are Safrons Curse and Her Ghost in the Fog!

His high pitched screams may be a bit weak here (still awesome!!!) But in this live version, his vocals make the song sound much more demonic and unreal than the original cd version. Love it
I doubt they re-recorded much, but it definitely does seem to be produced a bit after the fact. I bet they kept the original recordings, though. Can't blame them for trying to make it sound the best that it can, considering its going out on a DVD.

Cradle of Filth... Such a different band. I will firstly admit, they are very plastic for black metal and that's a bit of a turn off as well as mainstream but my biggest selling point is Dani himself. His vocals, first off, are very unique and I really enjoy them but mostly lyrically, he writes like nothing I've ever heard. That and I could never stop listening to them because they were my intro to metal and that's just something I couldn't ever throw away. So yeah, CoF FTW \m/
