Hey guys, this is my fiancee’s channel (formerly Readingbear). She’s allowed to use the voiceovers I made for her, she did not steal anything ☺️🌟💫⭐️
I was wondering if y'all are related.
I'm so happy you let us know. Lol I was going to ask you if you knew someone was stealing your content.

Cool. I was just about to unsubscribe in solidarity 😊
I was told this by a lawyer as he heard this discussed in law school. The Owners owned a large piece of property…around 30 acres. He had a private road that went from a public road to his home & property. The property had belonged to Owners family for many generations.
Land behind his property was purchased for a big residential subdivision. It became a HOA. Time passed without issue. Then the HOA approached the Owner. They wished to purchase some of his land to build a road to link to the private driveway which led to a major road. The Owner was astonished & noted the private drive was too narrow for any sort of commercial use. HOA said they were promised that the driveway would be turned into a 2 lane highway. Owner laughed & said no.
The the HOA sued under the right of Eminent Domain for their community to have access to the State highway. Owner was able to point out without the new road the HOA community had about a 20 minute drive to reach the highway. Owners attorneys pointed that the planners of the new community knew about the drive time when they purchased the property in the first place.
In the end the Court ruled for the Owner. The Owner had scant trust in the HOA. He had multiple trail cameras placed around his property. HOA then built up hiking trails. They began fishing in a river that entirely ran on the Owner’s property and they placed a playground and local park all upon the Owner’s property.
Owner sued. The HOA offered excuses & tried to buy the encroached park land from the Owner & the right to continue to hike & fish upon the Owner’s property.
This time the Court ruled entirely in favor of the Owner. HOA had to cover all court costs, return the illegal park land to be returned to its previous condition. The Owner received a settlement from the HOA. The Owner donated the entire amount to the County Park system. In the end the County renamed one of their Parks with the Owner’s name. It was also the closest public park to the HOA. Owner continued to support the Park building a public pool, baseball diamonds & basketball courts. With the Owner financial assistance the Park built a multi purpose building used by many groups for many different purposes.
If I ever own a property again I will restrict theater systems.
"Customers are always right", but we decide when you're not a customer. ;-)
I never liked "apartment" type condos, exactly for that reason, noise, but I knew the rules and abided by them when living in an apartment.
Regarding taking the child out of state by gf. Per our the courts. Neither my husband nor I could take our kids out of the COUNTY without written permission.
The cream story reminded me of another. A woman is working for a Casino in the city where I live. She passes Dunkin Donuts, Tim Horton, and McDonald's, which have a drive-thru. Upon arrival at work, Door-dash delivers her coffee. My father would say, "More money than brains,"
Asking to repeat the last lines of dialogue is a bitch move. Who pays that close of attention to the noise from people who are loud? Why would she bother to memorize the lines when she had no reasonable way to anticipate being quizzed on it. Frankly, buying a home theatre set up like that with a particularly powerful subwoofer is a jerk move.
Ive lived in a 3 floor walk up in the middle unit and did a full renovation. I made sure to mitigate the noise disruption to my neighbours, doing the louder jobs while they weren’t home, not working during before 11am on weekends, not starting before 9am weekdays, etc. it really wasn’t too big of a deal, it just took a bit of scheduling.
#1, living in a middle apartment/condo will always be a problem with noise. There are ceiling materials that would muffle sound and reinforcing floors would help. Another suggestion would be to encourage the people on the first floor to also insulate their ceiling with sound proofing. It would sure eliminate a lot of inconvenience and hard feelings.
If someone stole my pet, I'd probably react in a way that would land me in jail and have that person have a permanent disability.
Glad to hear from Ripe directly. Subscribed!!
1st story, OP and the 1st floor neighbors are the AH. He blasted his movie and barely turned it down after being asked to. I would be pissed off too if neighbors above me were blasting a movie like its a movie theater and downstairs neighbors blasting music. OP and the 1st floor neighbors don't have any etiquette when it comes ti the noise.
Then move tf out…🤷🏻♂️ do you pay their bills, feed them, or lay in bed with them… nope so guess what get f$&ked.
I agree. What a dbag.
55:00- Waitaminute. If he's a Prince that makes her his CHOSEN PRINCESS! His family should be kissing BOTH their butts.
The story made me mad, and its not even my property.
Hell yes!! I stripped down to my skivvies in Delta in-flight in front of everyone b/c they were trying to force me to wear the purple uniform which i was SEVERELY ALLERGIC TO! I was taken off my trip and given 18 months probation (for my first infraction in 25+ yrs of service) The look on their face was priceless! Totally worth it!
Veteran lived through WWII combat; don't test him. You don't scare him; you're just annoying.
In the first story the OP sounds completely obnoxious. You live in an apartment dude, have some respect for the neighbors. Bass travels through walls more than most people who blast music know.
Also, changing carpet for tiles increases the reverberation of noise.
29:40 Picture-taking private investigator: No bigotry against lesbians here. In the US, this woman cannot marry OR cohabitate and still receive alimony of any kind. She couldn't do this with a boyfriend, either. She is likely trying to have a live-in AND collect alimony/maintenance. Ex has every right to try to nail her for doing it.
The father more likely is trying to get custody of the children. If he were trying to deny her alimony, he would need to prove the women were romantically involved. The private investigator would need to be much more discreet, and "family values" would not be mentioned as his grounds for taking these photos. Because she is already employed as a nurse, the standard of life prior to divorce would have to be significantly different for alimony to ever be considered here. But in regards to custody, he could be trying to argue that the children are being raised in an environment that goes against his cultural or religious practices. It'd be a flimsy and bigoted argument... But if he would go to those lengths to keep them out of a same sex household, he obviously feels strongly and that argument may honestly reflect his motivation. But yeah, as a nurse (near Charleston so tons of work opportunities) there's almost no way alimony was ever a factor. Custody, child support, totally. Alimony, no.
@@twiggygrl84 Nope. An "out" lesbian, cohabitating with another and living like a family? No need to capture pics of them pegging each other. Same as if they were a hetero couple. No chance "gay" would preclude custody. But cohabitating is the same as marriage in ending alimony.
Whatever the father’s reasons are they are irrelevant to the matter of where the investigator was. He was trespassing on private property he needs to find a legal way to prove whatever he is trying to prove.
Actually, the PI is NOT trespassing until an authorized agent of the apartment complex tells him he needs to leave. No, not just a resident. Also, while it's creepy, taking pictures of kids in an open-air park is also 100% legal. If a cop rolls up on him he's not even obligated to give them his name. Confiscation of his camera was a Constitutional violation.
@@twiggygrl84 Looking for bigotry where none is evident.
He doesn't have to prove "romantically involved" to end alimony. COHABITATION is the standard and it ends alimony in most jurisdictions, just like remarriage.
On the other hand, proving that an ex is in a homosexual relationship does not legally have any effect on custody.
The guy has every right to try to prove cohabitation, use of a PI is reasonable...the ex has no right to both cohabitation/remarriage and still collect alimony.
Cohabitation or remarriage is NOT by itself grounds to change custody unless the new partner is a molester or druggie, etc
The HOA on private land? Are the land owners a part of the HOA, because why else woul they pay the fines from th HOA? Who was the idiot who signed onto the HOA?
Depending on the state, you could definitely threaten to invoke Castle Doctrine to... encourage their departure from your property
HAHAHA

Herbicide: since the poison stays in the ground for ages, sue her for the cost to remove the top 2 feet of soil in your backyard to remove the poison. After the soil is replaced you will then have a blank slate to design your backyard to be very pet friendly. Keep in mind that with a clear canvas to design the pet friendly landscape, you will now want to build a new deck and other human friendly renovations. After the soil is replaced, seed it for grass, and leave it dormant for one year as you design and reject, and redesign over and over. Start slow with ideas that can be done in stages and as the budget permits. Good luck.
… just because some one narrated it before hand doesn’t mean stolen you would have to prove that they are using the original audio track or didn’t get permission form the redditor , people really forget what stolen means now days XD thieve the lot of you stop telling on your selfs XD and shame for jumping the gun got told later in the video XD
1st story you think this is loud,i can show you real noise to really complain about.
1st story about the condo. Clearly URTA. You may have been able to compromise if you didn't go out of your way to annoy your neighbor.
I sued my upstairs neighbor for putting in a hardwood floor and won. The carpet was part of the sound proofing and the CCRs said that it couldn’t be removed, only replaced with the same or better carpet and pad. The neighbor was forced to remove the floor and replace the carpet and then have a company come in and certify it for noise reduction. The sound company alone cost $5000.
I thought I heard the most annoying voice ever. I was mistaken. Stopping listening and will, if possible, bar the channel from my feed.
Stolen narrations from another channel will get you flagged immediately
From the Ripe channel as well
trrue
At 31:23 Ripe states why he is appearing in this video. It isn't a stolen narration.
@@stumblepuppy606 that part is true as I saw it, but was after writing that reply comment
Nothing stolen, this is my fiancee's channel so she is allowed to use voice recordings I made for her.😅
Hmm, so now The Readers decides to steal another CZcamsr's video, using that persons voice (the german accent) changing the background image and voila a new video...
Sad man, sad... If you cant come up with any more stories to read or do on your own then get the heck off youtube or start making your own original content buddy. Im sick of people on here stealing other's content and passing it off as their own
If you bothered to look into the comments then you would have read Ripe himself say this is his fiancées channel.
Sad look for you tbh
Hey man. No worries, this is my fiancee’s channel, I did this voiceover for her to use ☺️
@@RipeStories Ripe!!!!!!! Dude your awesome, love your videos, Luckily its your fiancee then so in case there's no problems, i've seen a few other channels literally stealing your and other youtuber's videos, and got worried this dude stole your voice over videos too so just keep an eye out. I lost the links to those frauds but if i find them i'll send them your way 👍
Ok first I do believe America is the best... But I don't believe in being a snot about it. Weirdly entitled people I feel are very very Un-American people. I also acknowledge that while we may be the best country in the world, there's still a lot of things we're lacking in!
I hate AI voice... monotone lacking the natural cadence an pauses of normal speech
