I had the opportunity to interview IFBB Pro Mamdouh Elssbiay in Oxygen Gym, Kuwait. Big Ramy's story is amazing. Starting with a humble beginning as a fisherman, Ramy was lured to the gym during his off hours. Tired and dirty, Ramy would go home, shower, change, down some fod and drink and then head to the gym.
His story may be a common bodybuilder story or a juxtaposition of a bodybuilder. Either way, Ramy has the same issues as his counterparts across the world: balancing family and bodybuilding, workouts, cardio and food.
