How to Fix Stuck Green Screen on Xbox One (Easy Tutorial)

Check Your TV/Display:

I had this problem two times and I’ve solved it two different ways now. The first time was a complete random green screen while I was afk but still could see my screen. I changed my tv picture settings( RESET THEM/CHANGE TO DYNAMIC) and then the second time I realized I couldn’t hear anything but background noise on my movies and when I reset it turns green. I unplugged the Xbox and tv for 1 min and it went back to normal for the green screen and audio
the hard reset doesnt work and i dont have a pc so i cant update the system if thats the problem do i need to buy new xbox

@@Scarlet_745 try to disconnect the plug from the wall wait a few seconds and then plug it back in
