I have had insomnia all my life. But lately, I discovered that taking Rosemary and Lavender essential oils have solved this problem. I drink 2 drops of Rosemary and 1 drop of Lavender essential oils at 7pm after eating dinner. Then I fall asleep at around 10pm. The same goes with my mom. Her insomnia is also gone after discovering these oils. We prefer the brand Young Living because it’s very effective, not just for treating insomnia, but other illnesses as well.
You are always informative and pleasant to listen to. My whole life I can never sleep more than two hours at a time without waking up, even with a C-pap. I’m going to try your tips. I’m convinced that if I become consistent with them at least I’ll see some sort of improvement. Thanks! 😊

True, if you go to sleep when all food during daytime and from dinner are completely digested, you will sleep well. It is better to eat little steamed vegetables or nothing at dinner. Then, you will sleep better. This dr is knowledgable.
