125g butter
175g sugar
4 large eggs
1 tsp baking powder
250 mls milk
1/2 tsp lemon rind
1/2 tsp nutmeg/ vanilla
Pinch of salt
NB
Pls use the creaming method and fry straight after mixing.
This recipe should fill up a 2.5 litre bowl.
