Ashley, is necessary to wear spurs when your training a horse, if so what spurs do you recommend for a 4yr old?

its not a requirement, some dont wear them. depends on the horse and the rider.

So left leg to the rib right leg to the hip gives me left lead. And right leg to the rib and left leg to the hip will give me a right lead
