I have been suffering from a Reddit-CZcams addiction for a while now. I actively despise the former website and the latter does not entertain me much anymore, yet I still overuse both each day for no reason other than habit.

Like just stop it's not heroin my guy just turn off the PC, delete the app, remove your browser. Took me ten seconds to quit reddit, literally hours of time on the site to absolutely nothing overnight. Good riddance, amazing decision, i'll never have to listen to racist piss-drinkers telling me some bullshit they read in the guardian last week.
Same. Although for me it's no longer Reddit. Mostly I just use it for porn. I also e-rp a lot. But same for CZcams. I installed a time tracker several years ago and seeing the thousands of hours racked up is just depressing.
