definitely not. i think people conflate the ability to love with the ability to receive love. so many of our own immigrant mothers embody this every single day by demonstrating such a profoundly sacrificial love that is unfortunately riddled with their own insecurity and low self-worth. these are the people who love you the hardest in your entire life. its simply incorrect that self love breeds the ability to love others, self love simply opens your heart up to receiving and seeing the love that others give you.

I like these videos a lot. I have noticed that there seems to be a somewhat common trend where the two individuals have a great time together and have a connection, but ultimately decide to not pursue anything further due to being in different places in their lives. I have also seen this happening around me and I am curious to why that is such a common occurrence. I have some ideas but I would be interested to see what others think!
