I was making 8.50 when I started messing with the cloths I was pressing up T shirt transfers with a griddle from big lots lol then I bought a vinyl cutter with my last unemployment check . People thought I was crazy I got a whole studio now. You do have to sacrifice I focus on not paying extra for brands when I don't have to but still try to eat healthy. You have to have the mentality to make yourself rich before you make some one else rich.
I want to say It's so good to see young men doing something positive. I for sure I'm the oldest person making a comment I'm 61.I always want to start my own clothing line but life went another way. So I'm starting my own line I know young people don't want to work with older people. But I must say I have a dope line LOL. I'm just starting but hey I don't have nothing to lose. I'm having so much fun. So Thank You both because I have learned so much from you. GOD'S Blessing to the both of you.

how do you get an LLC for your clothing brand and how to file for trademark after your business start blowing? Which one you should get first an LLC or Trademark? is it important to have one of them before launching your clothing brand?
Get sales first, if after 2-3 weeks you notice that it has potential as a income source, get an LLC first. If there are no or almost no sales, CLOSE THAT SHIT DOWN to avoid tax complications in the future. Trademark will be important AFTER you notice that the brand is there to stay, if the signs are there then go get it done, if not, don't waste your money.
