Unless otherwise guaranteed (e.g. dark bow spec), it's technically possible to have 100% accuracy if your target has -65 defence bonus against whatever style you're attacking with. That said, none of the NPCs have a bonus that low (as far as I'm aware). Krakens come pretty close at -63 mage defence bonus. Players can get as low as -73 (lol) mage defence with full justi, spiked manacles, dragonstone gauntlets, berserker necklace, granite ring (i), and an avernic.
im pretty sure you can still miss when something is "0" defence because the defence level (not bonus) is never 0, its at least 1. similar to how you can still splash on stuff like greater nechs and barrows brothers, its just really rare.
Should and shall are two different words. The never share your account is a suggestion at this point because action COULD be taken against your account. They’ve covered in their own streams that they aren’t going to punish people for sharing accounts provided it’s not for ranks or services involving RWT.

You still have to train an account to get the stats to do it, save time buy buying gold and not earning it saves more time. Start a account put 2 hours per day into the account would take how long. How many other games do the same things but now accept it as it benefits them in the long term, Runescape could be continued membership with bonds irl trading, Fifa with Fifa coins, they could just give the game out for free and still make more as people would spend on the Fifa Packs. Was Diablo the first to do ingame irl transactions? its around on all games. Not everyone as money to buy gold capes or anything else. Take that same logic to anything you earn 20k you can't buy a house for 500k. Rant over

If you do the double guest format, please try to balance participation, and seek out guests who will have different opinions on the topics discussed. It is kind of cheesy to plan for conflict, but it makes the listening a lot more engaging.
I like the guests with different opinions part-that would be cool in the future. Did you actually think there wasn’t a balance of participation in this one? Don’t know if I could do any better on that front.
