hi just found your video i have 2016 QX50 and last weekend after some snow and cold temperature i cant open my right side door (passenger) from outside. everything else works, i can open from inside but outside when i pull handle door stays closed. i guess that little ball has frozen and came off and needs to be put back into plastic socket. You took the panel off on the left/driver side and mine is right side any tips how to take the panel off on the other side/door?

How did properly drilled the door screw? Did it snap at some point by itself, I'm stuck there
I drill it because the screw driver is just spinning. It did not snap. I drill it to remove the screw head
