Hey Burf, the Wiz was a different rendition of the Wizard of Oz, featuring Diana Ross and Michael Jackson. Great movie with a bunch of great funk songs. Old school stuff. Now 'the Wizard' was the Fred Savage movie that you were talking about.
I've got a couple of those Mecho-Sharks myself! They work great with your other stuff too. The arms can get pretty loose from age, the legs move so the jaw can get WIDE...! The tab helps the jaw, I was confused by that too. There's an extending chainsaw on the left arm with a spinning saw blade and the right has a spinning drill claw. I think the cover's all that's missing from it, unless there's a missile of some sort, otherwise it's pretty complete. My two are both secondhand so I'm only going off the pictures I've seen of them. Micromaster Transformers, nice! That Aliens playset looked awesome. It makes me wonder how many different ones they made. Some good stuff there Burf! 👍
Surviving the Game (in short it's about people hunting people for money) with Rutger Hauer is a cool movie. Hard Target (1993) had the same premise. Recently The Hunt (2020) did something similar. The Purge 2 (2014) also has some stuff in there that has the same premise. Recently I saw The Hitcher (1986) with Rutger Hauer for the first time. Wow! It still holds up...very good action-thriller :) The Wizard (1989) is the one you were talking about. Downhill Racer with Robert Redford has some very cool skiing scenes in there for a 1969 movie. I'm not the biggest fan of musicals either, but some of them are ok to very good, like: The Wiz, The Blues Brothers (one of my most favorite movies of all-time!), The Wizard of Oz, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, West Side Story, Singin' in the Rain, The Sound of Music, etc. But, most musicals I don't like.
That's awesome you got the Netflix He-Man Castle from I'm still looking for all the other figures I need to get them to complete my set will be an awesome display when I have all the figures cool 😎👍
That I actually got this rescue heroes Firehouse that I turned into the Ghostbusters Firehouse by taping on the insignia from a cereal box and now I got a custom Ghostbusters Firehouse in my collection and I'm so happy and it can fit my ecto-1 which makes me happy it's awesome 👍😎
And I just went to my favorite amusement park here in Pennsylvania it's called Kennywood and when I went to Kennywood I picked up a bootleg Transformer beast wars style figure and a little dragon at the arcade for my dungeons & dragons collection and it's awesome 👍😎
Always look forward to 5thrift store Fridays. You got some sweet pickups this time around….especially those Godzilla videos. Thanks for all the great content!
Play Playstation and video games behind the counter so when you pick up a case for safety it doesn't necessarily mean it's not there it's just they keep in mind the case because so many people comes in there and steals it so next time you get a game go to the front desk ask him
What's Up Dude ..I Believe Those Motu Cartoonish figures..go perfect with the Newest lines of TMNT Figures??!! I mean ..they are doing those Merge Figures.. The Turtles of Grayskull
Just picked up another one of those Cars Frank tractors this morning! I've prob sold at least 10 of those over the years and they never take more than a weekend to sell. Very odd BOLO
1989's The Wizard is the Fred Savage movie you were thinking of. It's a BOLO too because the VHS goes for $25 and up. That movie featured the debuts of the Nintendo Power Glove and Super Mario Bros 3. We need some turkey calls on the Burf Thanksgiving Special too!
She moved out. Said my collection took over the house and she’s done being surrounded by toys. JK…she’s still here putting up with all my crap 😂 she’ll be back on video soon I’m sure
Good question. Rumor has it, it’s because of this guy’s stop motion videos. He used those tanks in his videos czcams.com/video/XIC-VE0URUU/video.htmlsi=Nztj_YUVAIp_2fdY

This video has me confused Burf. You're almost clean shaven then you go out with a full beard then back to clean shaven again and say score of the day. I think I'm seeing things and losing it. Editing I guess? Just looks weird. 🤪
@@garzilla8981 the hunts are filmed from weeks ago. The commentary segments are filmed the day I upload them. None of my hunt videos are filmed and uploaded the same day I’m hunting.
Like the Street Shark and the horror VHS. I remember those little fat FP guys. Thanks Burf.
😎👊
