Why?
Brunsons usage rate was a product of Julius Randle being injured. We saw when both were healthy that Brunson was still putting up really good numbers and so was Randle. And when it comes to Og and Bridges neither really need the ball in their hands to score they’re best off the ball. But they can score on the ball especially bridges, and now they can stagger their minutes so they’re out there with the bench players and that’s where they’ll get more touches on the ball. But that’s the reason this is such a big trade is because bridges is the exact kind of player who can help the Knicks scoring without having too take the ball out of Brunson or Randle’s hands, while being able go and get his shot if he needs too because one guys having an off night. Donte and OG can too to an extinct but Bridges is on the higher end of that. And he’s able to do so while providing top notch defense as well. He’s a seamless fit

I had to speak at my aunt's funeral. One of the little jokes I had in my notes was that only one person on Earth is left who laughs as hard at their own jokes as Aunt Rose: Bomani Jones. I took it out at the last minute because no one would have gotten it. But for every podcast I've listened to since then, I wish I had left it in, even if no one knew the context.

Brunson isn’t just 6’2 he’s a STURDY 6’2. Like he’s stronger and bigger than most guys his height. His build just makes him look smaller.

The whole size thing has no legitimacy unless they’re I.T.s size because the sample size isn’t large enough to blame it on size. I honestly believe Randle is not good for the Knicks moving forward. He’s a version of C. Antony watching the team do better without him. In my opinion he would have a different attitude if they had failed while he was injured.
