Well done explaining things , thank you. I was watching an official Magpul video on slings and I couldn't understand anything or how it worked. They threw out alot of names and had a few lighting fast utlra closeup cuts that left me lost. This was great.
It's super easy. I usually just purchase the version that has them already attached but there's multiple ways of removing and adding from a simple loop knot or an even easier double-slipknot.
I was wondering. I'm used to the standard issue military slings for M16A2. Compared to those, this thing is way too over-engineered and too long for me as well.

Ive always hated that loop on my ms3 but i guess they fixed it on the new one xD

Ms1 RULES!!!!!! Plus it’s less expensive than other USA made slings.
Is there a padded sling with paraclips?
If you have a ms3 already, can you take the attachment points off and put them on the ms1?
Of course. It's just a loop of webbing. I'm pretty sure they're the same width.
