Those look great. Used to get them ready made from my local supermarket until they went dramatically up in price recently. Making them yourself also means you can reduce the amount of sugar to suit your taste, if required.

Holy moly, $8.50 for an apple turnover!!!? Yikes. Nagi. I had hoped for a return trip to Australia one day but food/restaurant prices may just be the barrier. Your recipe is pretty much identical to my own (though the cream is a welcome addition), so I’ll just keep making my own treats. 🇨🇦🥰

They are very popular in Australia. Even our supermarkets sell them, they always come with cream. My favourite is banoffee turnover😊
