No brake grease on contact points to avoid brake squeak? Is it not necessary with these brake pads?

They are stop tech rotors and pads. I can’t remember where I got them but you’ll find them online. Depends on where you’re located you’ll have different options

Are those clips necessary? I’m doing my rotors right now and I can’t see how they stay in lace without the clips but I read hey can be thrown out and I don’t have then anymore
