Jack Naglieri is the founder and CEO of Panther Labs, a cybersecurity company that helps tech giants detect and repel any suspicious activity in real-time. It was founded in 2018 in San Francisco and to date has received over $ 20 million in funding from investors such as S28 and Lightspeed Ventures. He recently started operating an office in Athens, thanks to one of the first engineers of the team who is of Greek origin. Jack talks about the challenges of Cybersecurity and why it affects the development of each sector, and how the right balance in a team is the key to Panther Labs' growth.
