Don't mind me, I'm just a Family Guy fan finally understanding why Brian chased this in the early seasons
Same
@@ameliacamara5414 Based 😎
U r radical, homeslice
I am a fresh prince fan still not understanding why this is Ronald Regan's favorite commercial to watch at Christmas
My dog ate that for 13 years she loved it and the commercial used to make her bark 😂❤️
Pavlovian conditioning.
That was cutting edge technology in commercials back then!
I remember it from when it was first shown on TV in the early 70s😅
Whose here after seeing Brian from family guy chase this
Yep
Yep
Yep
I wanted to know the meaning😅
We just watch this episode and I had to CZcams this commercial to show my daughter LOL cuz she's twenty-seven now LOL is she wanted to know
Brian Griffin: “Someday”.
I was about 6 years old when this commercial began airing. I remember hoping that this little wagon was moving in and out of the cabinets in our kitchen and I remember looking for it a few times! I think I actually believed it might appear.
They were cool commercials 😎
I was 4 & had one of the dogs they'd used to film another version. Great little guy, but pretty neurotic from the super slow mo training they gave him. He ran off in a thunderstorm. Everybody liked that lil shi-tzu, pretty sad.
I used to love that commercial when I was a kid
It's still a great commercial!
I remember asking my parents for that damn Chuck wagon like it was a toy.
@@velequest They might have got it for you except no one could catch the mutha!😅
I remember the old Chuck wagon commercials. I was always hoping the dog would catch him. 😂 😆
*I had one of the puppies from the black & white puppy version.*
Dad got him from an ad agency guy he knew.
Sadly he would never catch the wagon. He was a little shi-tzu, and they trained him to sneeeeeeak up on his water bowl. As in it would take him all dinner to get there across the kitchen, then when he got to the bowl it was water everywhere. Stop motion filming, right?
He was a really good boy. Little weird, but a great size guy when you are 4 & a lotta fun to play with.
Me tooo😊
@ryangonyer9498 Me too. I thought I was the only one who thought that. The mind of a child lol
Was watching an episode of SANFORD and Red Fox made a joke about a woman catching the Chuck Wagon. So.....yeah memories of this add popped in my head.
LAMONT U BIG DUMMEH
I wish the bag came without a mini chuck wagon dog toy like cereal boxes did back in the day🙌🏻🙌🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻👍
Actually you could send off to the company and get one with so many proofs of purchase, my aunt had one for her pooch, that was manyyyy moons ago
This is Spinal Tap jogged my memory of this.
I know-Archie Bunker's son-in-law, Meathead, created it!🤣🤣🤣
I loved these as a kid
Really, that tasty? 😋
@@Pheckphul1haha 😄 no goober!!! the commercials
i love you
These chuckwagon commercials used to have me laughing hysterically when I was a little kid.
Stop motion. This took Marty Dibergi forever to make.
A Letterman bit: Top Ten Ways a world run by dogs would be different:
"Number seven: TV commercial altered so dog catches and eats little Chuck Wagon."
Brian Griffin: Huh… someday.
I loved these commercials as a kid.
Back when commercials had class, today its just all scare tactics.
Today 65% of all commercials are Big Pharma.
And style, commercials were actually worth watching
J Polar stop whining like a baby and act like the grown up you are
"soft meat-like chunks"
😂🐶😂🐶😂🐶
thanks for posting
Who’s here from the family guy clip?
Yerr 😂
Yep
To my brethren that watched this commercial as a kid... our generation is the sh1t !!
28 years old......I'm 28 years old and I now finally understand that family guy reference XD
Childhood memories....watching TV with my bros n sissies...
I remember these commercials in 75. I was about 6 years old. We fed our dog chuck wagon. 😁😁
I had one of the dogs in 71 or 2 they'd used to film them. Crazy fun little shi-tzu, real sweet & bouncy. Weird from the trainingi though. He ended up freaking out in a thunderstorm & running away. We were sad.
this and the Wells fargo commercial are the 2 I remember when I was little..oh and Producers milk commercials lol
Is the dog in this commercial Muffin? She was a famous dog in the 1970s. She was in the movie Poco Little Dog Lost and also on an episode of CHIPs called "Dog Gone." The dog here looks just like her. She often did that "stand and beg" pose.
My guess is no. I had one from another commercial, and the training was pretty.... unkind I'm guessing. He would sneak up on his water for 30m or so before drinking (stop motion filming.) I doubt you would do that to a working dog. Miss that little guy.
I remember that one very well
Family guy sent me here
Old school! I had forgotten about this!😂
"Someday."
You came here from the Family Guy reference.
It is the music for me!
Someday
Someday...
Oh this reminds me of my childhood so much! Wow I miss those days so much. 😃
Came here from the 1970's...
Fresh Prince of Bel Air brought me here, namely President Reagan lmao
Yeah it just brought me here too. Why did Will and Carolton look at him when he said it? lol Like was there something funny or controversial about it?
Looks like there's a glitch in The Matrix ...
I remember that 😅
Rest in peace to that dog
Great stuff as always
O:16 Dog: Damn it, I wanted to eat them horses
Meat-like chunks - yum!
That commercial used to scare me when I was a little kid! I'd have nightmares about chuck wagons with that creepy music coming out of my TV to get me!!!!!!
LOL, it totally scared me too. Was wondering if anyone else felt this way.
The dogs,@@carlasperandeo364 . I had one as a kid. He was sweet, but they'd done some fucked up shit to get him to sneak up on his water for filming. He ran off in a thunderstorm eventually. Good boy till then though :(
He was a shi-tzu. We'd get him riled up & he would skid across the wooden floors on his nails. Fun little dog.
“Someday”
Available at BRAY'S diner!
😂🐴😂🐴😂🐴😂🐴😂🐴
And to think that we are watching an early effort from Rob Reiner ;)
Haha. Some of Marty DiBergi's finest work. =)
I think I was a little scared of these commercials. It was like seeing a mouse run across the room out of the corner of your eye.
Rational. I had one of the dogs. They'd trained him to sneak up on his water bowl for at least 20 minutes. Real sweet lil dog, but it made him kinda neurotic.
So this is what the Family Guy joke was referencing
Marti DiBergi’s finest 34 seconds
You mean "Meat-head" Marti DiBergi🤣🤣🤣
"Seven days"
Go fun and smiles
Good to see. Kodak greats.
Fresh prince of bel-air brought me here
Me too 🤣
I'm still trying to figure out why everyone looked at him so weird when he said he liked this commercial.
Didn't the guy who directed this go on to make This Is Spinal Tap? 🙂
Meme sent me here.
im eating dog food and i love it
Brian Griffin: Someday
Comfort commercial
"meat - like chunks"
Lmbo!!!!
When a dog eats an owner's edible.
I just read a story where a dog killed his owner after eating an edible.
i'm here cuz of brian from family guy
anyone know what type of dog this is?
Meat Like. Aka soylent green
Awe... naww. 😖 Ur spoiling our whimsical memories. Nooo Lassie, Nooo! Don't eat that!! 🤣
Don't put water in this food. Serve it dry. Otherwise your dog will make rich gravy out in the yard.
Lol
Anyone else here because of Spinal Tap?
Came here from Family Guy
this is better than that time joe biden made a contract with the senator of Wisconsin
Family guy brought me here
now everything makes sense
only here because of the family guy joke
