He was the thirteenth President of the Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission. He was regarded as a saint, savant and ‘silver-tongued’ orator. He had authored over 50 books, some of which have been published by noted institutions like the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and others.

The questioner has a western templated mindset to his questions - the Swami’s words went over him completely.
not really, the convesation is in english, and that will show western template or may sound western mind set, but if you try to understand Gita or study upanishads you will realize a true enquiry requires some hard questions and deep disection of the entire idea from a human mind level, where mind will try to conceptualize and get confused by the concept itself. Also english is not a great language for this discussion, lots of it will be lost in transelation, Swami Ji himself is using Sanskrit and English to answere the questions, because he understand the limitations of English language. Never the less I think the questioner asked great hard questions, typical of student science.🙏🙏🙏
