Korone says “耐えたら膀胱炎” if I’m hearing her correctly. As in she got cystitis from holding it too long, but cystitis can be other kinds of bladder infection that ARE curable and overseas it can all be umbrella termed.
Cystitis is just another term for urinary tract infection or bladder inflammation.
Of course I could be wrong and managed to not hear her right, sometimes Korone’s accent gets me.

@@bulthaosen1169 the Urethra is shorter in women, around 3.8cm long compared to men that are 20cm long. In addition, men have greater control over their sphincter that releases the urine as its situated more closer to their prostate.
@@bulthaosen1169 It appears that women only have one muscle (a circular sphincter) to hold it in, while men have two; and it's the second one (that only men have) that can be controlled voluntarily. So women are at the mercy of their reflexes and can only hold it in indirectly (I'm guessing by distracting themselves from the bladder pressure and more or less never relaxing in a way similar to how one does when taking a p*ss).
That was my takeaway as a dude reading a Wikipedia article, at least. Combined with realization that the real reason girls seem to always be so worried about bathroom availability isn't "short urinary tract", which never made sense to me, or a smaller bladder, but actual risk of accidents due to not having that second line of defense

As a person who has held their pee for an entire night, (roughly 6-8 hours minimum) I gotta applauded korone for cracking 2 whole days. Granted I was 5 years old at that time and peed the bed everytime after that. But still 2 days as a 17 year old is still impressive.
