Kia Seltos diesel is 1500 cc diesel engine with 115 ps and 250 NM torque and Harrier has 168 ps and 350 NM Torque but kia seltos has light weight than harrier. And most important part for mileage conscious people is that Kia Seltos diesel give 19-23 kmpl mileage on highway depending on your driving style. Whereas harrier gives 10-11 kmpl in city and 12-16 kmpl ok highway. So Kia Seltos is pocket friendly than TATA harrier as well as kia seltos is easy to maneouver in traffic of India. But if you use SUV occasionally just for fun then harrier is for you. And if want a compact SUV For daily drive as well as weekend highway drives then Kia seltos diesel is for you. And as far as GNCAP rated score is concerned then dear friends there are so many accident videos of Kia seltos on youtube but in all cases the occupants have come out safe. Don't be in a hurry to give information. write in advance the things that you guys would like to say. use b-rolls in between for like intro or transitioning shots, without overdoing it. navigated to some other video from evo India or something, which probably was shot entirely on GoPro. that review felt more premium. not because they had better information then what I got from this video. but because their video felt more premium. Bhai seltos is hands down the most value for money car when both are compared. Gaadi ka matlab sirf steering hota toh truck hi chala lo. But u also need to feel welcomed and have creature comfort in your car . Bhai 20 lakh mai toh gaadi se expectation hoti hai interms of creature comfort.. harrier for the price doesnt justify its still 1-2L expensive , ye same feature sunroof chodd ke nexon mai bhi same hai. they shud have added co passenger electric seats, ventilated seats and connected car features , But harrier after 2 year's will be a better car with more such updates and refinement in their cabin. Actually my younger brother got seltos 1.2 petrol in his marriage we have diesel Nexon 2018 and a 5 series 2015. Bhai comparing seltos with a much premium harrier the plastic quality, space, handeling, power, bigger tyre, overall much bigger car. We own seltos is a so so car but Harrier looks much better and is more premium. But seltos has more buttons and bigger screen nothing exceptional.

Of course I would spend 2lakh extra and go for harrier because of its build quality and this vehicle is based on land rover platform. 2nd its engine power 167.67 bhp and it offers power and eco mode along with different terrain drive modes. Harrier sec top model coasts upto 18-19 lakh where as seltos sec top model coasts upto 14-16 lakh plus not even harrier top model can beat seltos premium features and interiors its just that seltos is bit smaller than harrier and you cant really compare seltos and harrier cuz harrier is a different segment competitor its should be compared with mg, jeep compass, volkswagon tiguan etc. Outside harrier looks dope but inside😂it has nothing compared to its lower segment cars like seltos and creta😂

Harrier is good for those who can't afford it. But when you really have 20L in your pocket and evaluate cars, you will definitely choose Seltos GT automatic over Harrier due to drive comfort ( 0 engine noice inside cabin), features and safety. This is the reason why Harrier sales figure is low.
I own Creta 2019 and Harrier 2020. After driving Harrier in highways, during rain, also in roads in bad conditions , we feel creta is not a match for Harrier. I assume same is the case with Seltos. Driving dynamics, driver confidence, handling of bad roads are better . I save 30 minutes if i drive Harrier from Palakkad to Thrissur town of Kerala (total 95km) with respect to Creta mainly by saving time in bad stretches of road. Harrier is behaving like a SUV, creta is like a sedan. My company owns both the vehicles . Creta is better for driving in small roads and town areas.
I owe a harrier 2020 and i did test kia seltos.....simple difference between the two is.....that kia very good car....not an suv.....harrier is an excellent suv..... Today's Tata is not what it used to be

Few observations: How can Kia be a better family car if it is less spacious, less safer , comparatively bad suspension, and less stable car in high speed. Because of cosmetics feature it can't be better family car. It can be better city car that too because of better mileage and maneuver due to small size and light steering.
Dude there are many mistakes in your review. First,every single critic has said that harrier has a very light clutch and then there are you.Second, power does not in linear manner in harrier it comes in a robust form. You step on the accelarator that thing just flies. You forgot to tell the body roll in harrier could be prominent but it is very well controlled than any other SUV like mg hector.Fourth having a halogen headlamp is literally not a downfall, it works much better in rains and high,thick fogs than the LEDs. Fifth if you were talking about featues you should have considered the upgraded version.Sixth harrier is the most fun to drive in the segment after jeep compass and literally has better ride and handling quality than seltos.Seventh,Bose speakers on seltos are amazing but the harmen JBL speakers on harrier is more better I driven both plus that's not only my point of view every single critic and reviewers.

Engine wise how can you even compare them? Seltos is a beefed up hatch back. End of story. The kind of low end torque a 2 ltr engine can provide compared to a 1.5 ltr engine should be a basic criteria of being an SUV. Of course I would spend 2lakh extra and go for harrier because of its build quality and this vehicle is based on land rover platform. 2nd its engine power 167.67 bhp and it offers power and eco mode along with different terrain drive modes. The third thing is the tata service availability.. the fourth thing is any Indian would buy harrier rather than seltos as it's a Korean made and korea and china are friends. So friends please stop buying seltos mg and any other chinese Korean product ur aware of.. good day...

Harrier sec top model coasts upto 18-19 lakh where as seltos sec top model coasts upto 14-16 lakh plus not even harrier top model can beat seltos premium features and interiors its just that seltos is bit smaller than harrier and you cant really compare seltos and harrier cuz harrier is a different segment competitor its should be compared with mg, jeep compass, volkswagon tiguan etc. Outside harrier looks dope but inside😂it has nothing compared to its lower segment cars like seltos and creta😂

Harrier is good for those who can't afford it. But when you really have 20L in your pocket and evaluate cars, you will definitely choose Seltos GT automatic over Harrier due to drive comfort ( 0 engine noice inside cabin), features and safety. This is the reason why Harrier sales figure is low.
I own Creta 2019 and Harrier 2020. After driving Harrier in highways, during rain, also in roads in bad conditions , we feel creta is not a match for Harrier. I assume same is the case with Seltos. Driving dynamics, driver confidence, handling of bad roads are better . I save 30 minutes if i drive Harrier from Palakkad to Thrissur town of Kerala (total 95km) with respect to Creta mainly by saving time in bad stretches of road. Harrier is behaving like a SUV, creta is like a sedan. My company owns both the vehicles . Creta is better for driving in small roads and town areas.
I owe a harrier 2020 and i did test kia seltos.....simple difference between the two is.....that kia very good car....not an suv.....harrier is an excellent suv..... Today's Tata is not what it used to be

Few observations: How can Kia be a better family car if it is less spacious, less safer , comparatively bad suspension, and less stable car in high speed.
Because of cosmetics feature it can't be better family car. It can be better city car that too because of better mileage and maneuver due to small size and light steering.

Dude there are many mistakes in your review. First,every single critic has said that harrier has a very light clutch and then there are you.Second, power does not in linear manner in harrier it comes in a robust form. You step on the accelarator that thing just flies. You forgot to tell the body roll in harrier could be prominent but it is very well controlled than any other SUV like mg hector.Fourth having a halogen headlamp is literally not a downfall, it works much better in rains and high,thick fogs than the LEDs. Fifth if you were talking about featues you should have considered the upgraded version.Sixth harrier is the most fun to drive in the segment after jeep compass and literally has better ride and handling quality than seltos.Seventh,Bose speakers on seltos are amazing but the harmen JBL speakers on harrier is more better I driven both plus that's not only my point of view every single critic and reviewers.

But the aspects that I have mentioned above harrier is a clear winner in them. And you know the most pathetic and nonsense tthing I noticed in your review was that you were comparing seltos dynamics to that of german and European cars dynamics. Sir let me tell one thing I own five cars out of which two are german sedans ,two are SUVs and one is hatchback. My friend owns a seltos . I took. A drive of it and it is literally no where near to my Octavia. Korean automakers cannot match the driving dynamics to that of german and European cars. That's why they always rely heavily on featues. Same is the case with seltos. I mean seltos ain't got any shit over german and European cars.

Engine wise how can you even compare them? Seltos is a beefed up hatch back. End of story. The kind of low end torque a 2 ltr engine can provide compared to a 1.5 ltr engine should be a basic criteria of being an SUV. Just because seltos is 4m+, it should not be compared with a behemoth like Harrier.

Must try to tell people why seltos has stiffer suspensions...it has its own benefits at higher speeds like 80 above... it gives stability to the cars which are heavy as well as higher from the ground
while softer suspensions that harrier have...reduces the stability of the car at higher speeds especially for the cars like harrier....
