I've seen it twice so far and I cried both times. I adored the film so much. SO many memories of my childhood watching the original, and the new one did such a fantastic job of capturing the essence of the original! I can't wait until it's available to watch other places.

Because to us fans they’re cool but to their kids they’re just lame,dorky mom or dad.

Bruh why do you all say NOTHING LIKE THE ORIGINAL? It wasn't meant to be like the original, since it is NOT a REMAKE, it is a SEQUEL.
She's definitely pregnant again. I thought she looked it a few weeks ago, but now it's getting really obvious. You can tell she's wearing one of those spanx body suit type deals to try to keep her stomach in but it's still popping a bit. She even keeps her hands in front of her tummy most of the time. She looks about 9 weeks.

Wow, the audience claps for everything...
My 6 year old didn't like the new Mary poppins. There are several faults with it
1) the Mary Poppins character was not consistent with the original character from the 1st movie. Her voice and clothes were too different. They had based her on the book for the 2nd film. that was a , mistake. Most people only know the 1st film.
2) The long work supercalifrsg. . . . . should have been used in the 2nd film. That made the 1st film so much fun
3) the song "A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down" should have been used in the 2nd film again.
these 3 things would have made the 2nd film better and more popular.
All other films like star wars and the back to the future sequala and rocky film, all keep consistent to the 1st film(s)
Just look at the audience. They look like they were paid to clap.

I actually think you might be right. If you see her introduction at The Graham Norton Show, she's actually covering her stomach as if she's hiding something. If she is pregnant, I hope they'll be able to announce it on their own terms.
