When the 2014 model had come out, everybody was complaining about the looks back then as well....but it eventually grew on everyone...so wait for the design to grow on you...you will eventually love it

I’d wish they wanna add more color-ways tho, I don’t mind the orange accent, just more variety. They’re extremely popular and I see too many orange KTM’s out on the street haha.

technology involved in new rc is mind blowing as if they gave their 100% on the bike tech but forgot about front anyway i’ll buy this soon
I woul just change the decal in the front to a solid white so it will look like a classic fairing around the lights / would look a little more like the motogp one.

Ktm always makes a evolving design when the old rc was launched people didn't liked it's styling too but times passed and it started liking by people so as the new design it will also be loved by the people once it comes to market.

Initially the looks very really disappointing when it was out before an official release. But now looking at it properly and in detail, the design doesn't look bad at all, infact the integrated light and DRL is really a good idea. The colours chosen are really good, especially that blue one. The features offered on the news one is like a huge upgrade in itself. The handlebar adjustable could come in options because not many who will buy will know exactly what to do with adjusting them. Overall, I can't wait to see it in person and get a feel of it.
KTM, though in my country (VN) not very popular, but to me they are one of the greatest motorcycle designers. Gosh I love the previous version, and this version, extreme WOW at the first sight. People may find "predator based" designs on Japanese bikes cool, but KTM is just different, their design is futuristic and robotic, truely pure aesthetic and freshness to the eyes.
Just wish for this new version, that they have reduced the heavy shaking on single engine and heat, which were big downsides that turned away lots of interested people.
I hope Installing WINGLET will probably improve the front look.

I think there’s still a surplus of unsold old RC’s in the market? I don’t know about where you live but I can get behind them lowering old bike productions with these new designs. I’d doubt you’ll have trouble finding new or used old RC’s in the future.
I don't know why people are hating on the front design ,until now everyone complained about the face-lift of the previous rc390 as it had the same design since the launch and now nobody is ready for a change

electronic aids on this bike can’t be matched with any other bike from its segment
3.4Kg unsprung saving on the wheels = 10-12Kg in sprung and that's absolutely massive (like crazy on a bike this size) - this, the (finally) adjustable front forks (no preload though - I guess we're back to oil and shims??), and weight saving on the frame is very attractive. I'm looking for a track bike and nearly pulled the trigger on a 390 last year - this may do it (depending on the price increase). Well done KTM.

May be halogen. They don't provide led headlamps in the lower trim models

Absolutely loving the design! and the technical upgrades. Very well packaged.
The bike finally looks more like the RC8. It's how I expected it to look from the start.
I've ridden the very first generation of the RC390 and none of the ones that came later. Loved the chassis on it as it was so quick and easy to lean the bike. The weight balance was amazing for cornering. The only downside was the fuel capacity. Thankfully that's been upgraded in the new model.
Never hated the design of the previous gen RC390. But, always hoped it would look closer to the bigger RC. Now it does and it looks fantastic to me.!!!
Cant wait to rip on this! Love that hollow wheel axles. Everything about it is so cleverly designed.

I think this is going to be one of those bikes which looks better in person than in videos or pictures. I mean the paint job and the body finish looks very good. Excited to test ride it once it reaches the dealerships in India.

You guys should build RC-Sportbike & RC-Superbike, using 790 Duke engine for Sportbike, and using 1290 Superduke engine or spec down RC-16 V4 engine for Superbike. That would be great. Plus you can also compete in WSBK & WSSP beside MotoGP. Cheers.

They discontinued. Maybe in future if they find success in motogp. They sell off road and naked bikes Bcoz of their success in Dakar rally and enduro

@@sahilthakur1461 Yup, waiting for RC for the same reason. I have test ridden RR 310, although I found it's gearbox to be a bit clunky but that was probably an issue on the test drive vehicle. Since the first time I saw the RC, I knew it has everything which I wanted in a bike. Hopefully RC's test ride won't disappoint.
