❤❤❤❤ My Sunday routine🥰🥰🥰🥰. .. Hi please note that oats, banana and protein powder combo is mainly for weight gains and it's best for body builders.. Only consume the protein powder on a day u have done cardio or weights and don't mix it with milk. Only mix protein powder with plain water and fruits with your smoothy just for it to be creamy no banana. And please try to take it as little as possible.. Especially if u a blood type O+.. Apologies for the unwarranted advice... 🌹

Content as beautiful as its creator! So refreshing. Small recommendation to make the tomatoes even easier to peel. First, make a cross incision on the bottom side of the tomato, add in the boiled water, and then cover. Then, you won't have to dig your nails into it, and you can remove the skin in 4 easy peels. Xx

I wonder if you are not suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) with the stomach cramps. I would suggest incorporating alot more fibre in your diet (if not already). Also get the Natures Choice "Bowel Flush" powder and take it regularly and see if it helps. Just a suggestion I pray they find the problem and it's nothing major so you can work on it.
