    Great video! Your Helmet screws came out easy. mine are stuck. I will try the screwdriver twist, but if that doesn't work; what size and thread bolt do we use in the other holes to force it out? Thanks

      From memory Ithey are either 5/16 or 3/8 whitworth

    looks easier than doing the same on a alpha one;
    on mine,the raw water pump has a good impeller, but it does not pull ANY water from the bottom of the boat; customer overheated the AQ151C,melted one piston, and i rebuilt it; now on testing,NO water flows, there is no suction, both coolers and ex manif are ok;
    do you think it might be the outer hose by the bellows that came apart or loose,or maybe the P/S cooler maybe?

      It could be the hose or a blocked pick up at the bottom of the leg check those before the cooler.

    How would you suggest to get it apart once all 4 bolts and nuts are out. Can’t get mine to separate from the lower unit

      A few taps with a soft mallet should break the seal.
