5+ year pumper tried the Hydromax Xtreme x50 and after that broke, tried smaller ones.
Can confirm now that you want a bigger cylinder like the Xtreme x50, my D would get so thick and fat that no one on earth could wrap their hand around it and touch pointer index finger to thumb. While the gains are still decent with the smaller cylinder pumps, they're nowhere near what the Xtreme x50 Cylinder was giving me. My D is so thick and fat now that most chics can't wrap their hand around it.
It works!!! Don't look for immediate results. Be patient.

I’ve had some ED since I was in my early 40’s after having Episode of MS and it left me with a slight paralysis on the entire Left side of my body . I’m 70 years young now and two years my girlfriend passed away and I found out my spine has heavy arthritis in the L 3,4 and 5. Due to the sciatica nerves lt and right. I’ve been Extremely active. Dancing a couple of times a month and belong to 2 Dance Clubs. I live on a lake and boat as much as possible since my boat house is covered and I can use it anytime the weather permitting . So it appears that I do need to buy a Medical grade pump to keep a smile and keep me Healthy in the urinating and prostate department 😊 thanks for Sharing this information and not Just wanting to promote Sales NC. It’s so so so important to meet with an expert to discuss how to use it and answer questions about the device. I met with someone for over two hours. Very pleased that I did. So important to get it right. I did not have to use ED medication with the pump. Such an important thing for a male’s life. We talked about medication,injections and the pump. Don’t buy your pump from Amazon; they don’t come with a lot of information.

Bottom line: pumps work! I use and like Osborn & vacuret in combination. Vacuret for frequent exercise and to improve incontinence. Osborn for the Big Show!

I have 2 pumps i use after pc surgery a year and a half ago, one is vac erect and the other is revive battery and manual pump.i gave them both a 9out of 10 as they are good quality and very to use with the erection rings they are supplied with,although the progress has been slow and nerve regeneration is happening my erections are firmer and harder, patience is the key to the process, also keep doing your kegals guy's.
First off, love your videos ands the way that you explain things. My question is about knowing the correct amount to pump with the Vacurect. There is no pressure gauge so it is a guesstimation at best. What is the correct amount to pump for ED?

I use a Vax Aid and I’ve only used it about 2 weeks but so far I’m satisfied. I’d rate it about a 7 right now

I use vacuerect. Works reasonably well 8/10. Rings designed for it work well and come in different sizes.
Can men without ED use a VED to maintain or improve penile condition?
Or are VEDs only useful for men with ED?

I use a SOMAerect (Response 11) pump daily with very good results . The ring removal is something that needs a little practice but is easily mastered! I've used it since Nov 2020 a few months after treatment, most satisfactory for me !!

I have a vacurect pump..I am 4 months post robotic surgery..purchased the pump a week after surgery..I am using the pump Daily..I am very happy with the actual pump and find the pump easy to use with erection success..I find my erection does not stay hard long enough for intercourse..even with a small rubber ring..I also find the removal of the small ring takes a long time and can be painful..overall I am happy with the pump for daily rehabilitation..with a large ring I have excellent results with erection and the ring is easy to remove..My penis size is smaller but it does increase in size with extended pumping...
I would recommend the vacerect pump..

Hi there.. I panicked the first time I couldn’t get the ring off. Hint.. it’s ok to gently squeeze the penis to expel to blood back out of the erection when it’s served it’s purpose.

Maybe you should look into alphaviril supplement. It's all natural ingredients.
the vacurect pump is good quality but doesnt work for anyone with 7 inches or more in length and 5 inches or more in girth as it is on the small size for a cylinder

I'm 77 - I've had PC and was treated with Radio Therapy and Hormone Therapy. My PSA is now 0.029. I seem to have lost length and am now completely impotent and produce no sperm at all. I can get to orgasm while completely flaccid. Would a pump help me ?

I use a Bathmate for PE. I would give the pump an 8 out of 10. I also use a LeLuv and would say a 7 out of 10. The Bathmate is more pleasurable.

Tried sex shop pumps (just bad), tried Vaccurect (did not like the rings, which did not last long) but like the motorised Active3. It works as intended. My problem is the pumping filling the penis with blood is very painful. I have to take Panadol to be able to use it. Something not right with my penis.

I had my prostate removed. I have a pump it works. Not the way yu think. The ring yu use. Is good for 20 min to 30min. Take ring off.😊😊😊❤❤❤

@@joed1244 I didn't know how much suction to use. I pressed the button on and off a couple of times, then I somehow got distracted and I felt something pop. I released the suction and looked and I had a purple area and a red line up the underside. It hurt for weeks. I'm okay now, but I won't go back to it without getting a medical grade pump and maybe some instruction. I think edging would be safer now.
@@joed1244 Actually, I thought I should always feel suction. Use the minimum suction that makes you erect.
