Dyson Airwrap HS01 intermittent not turning on

My Dyson airwrap was having issue not turning on intermittently- I had to wiggle the power cord just right for it to work. Turns out there is hair stuck inside the electrical contact. Clearing the debris on the electrical contact now the airwrap works every time
