Hello everyone, in this video you will learn how to pronounce and read the "air" phonics trigraph. This is called a trigraph instead of a digraph because it has three letters. Learning to read and speaking english can be difficult so I give you 4 examples of words with the "air" sound in it. Keep practising your digraphs trigraphs and spit digraphs so that this will all become easier and easier.
    Many thanks, Abi:)

Thanks for your wonderful videos. For this air sound, I found that New Zealanders and Australians have pronounced it differently with Britishers and Americans, It is a bit difficult to figure it out sometimes. So how could I use it correctly to pronounce words, please?

Hello, my accent is English received pronunciation however many people say words slightly differently due to their accents. You could try to check the sound they are using for this spelling and teach it as the sound they use when speaking. For example, listen carefully to how they pronounce, chair, ch-air and teach the sound they use for ‘air’. I hope this helps😊
