Grocery Shopping in Sosua - Guide and Tips 🇩🇴

I wish this video existed when we moved to Sosua Dominican Republic. This is what we learned about where to go and how much to tip the bagging boys. Hopefully this will help those visiting to know where to go and what to expect.

Awesome just subbed! do both grocery stores uses debits and credit cards? Also with Claro, we just get a sim card to put into our phone for data for service ?

Yes. All accept credit and debit. Always remember to choose local currency. Some stores might give a poor exchange rate. We use banks that don't charge foreign exchange fees like capital one bank.
Claro is good. Just bring a passport for initial setup. I use Google Fi when there for less than 60 days. After that local card makes sense.
