Whenever I go to Goa , I feel like buying house there but the situation is that I feel exactly same for every hill station also😂😂......enjoy your life👍
Before buying, please check whether the seller of property is genuine. Cuz approx 90% goans are robbed off their lands, either they are dead already & their descendants i.e. family members are not even aware that the paper forgery is done & their properties are taken over. So be careful before buying property here. Sorry to tell you this, but I am also the one of the people whose inlaws got robbed of a huge land of 3000acres plus another one is 20km²
@@pratikkadam8297 actually any land above 100 acres needs to be disclosed to govt by petition. Nobody robbed Ur land .Ur family was squatting illegally which the government acquired through right to land acquisition act . Next time don't try to sit on some land and claim it's yours .try to buy property with cash like all of us .

I really hope goans stop selling property to non-goans, Goa is losing its culture, identity, and environment due to these masses of outsiders coming to Goa looking for property and developers taking up land illegally to build buildings to cater for outsiders.
Exactly, as a fellow Goan I feel the same !!! I might not be the most original Goan since my dad is a foreigner a native Portuguese/British , but Im born and live in Goa and my mother is a native Goan so yes I do agree with what you say , we Goan's are becoming a minority in our own state 😂
@@aidenfernandes5578 tell me about it, I don't know how things got so bad, I remember Miramar being one of the most beautiful beaches ever with sand dunes, and now it's so filthy and all the sand dunes have been destroyed. Even the bakers who used to make traditional Goan bread have closed up shop and are getting outsiders to make Goan bread, my local baker is from Karnataka. Sad Goan had the most beautiful state in India and now it's all destroyed by tourists and these excessive infrastructure developments.
local should sell the property to only local maharashtrian or Konkani people. not North Indians. The outsiders have made my Goa very dirty. I feel for Goa as I am native to Goa.
How have they made it dirty? If gone by your viewpoint, no non native local Indian will be able to buy property elsewhere. I am sure many Goans have bought property in Bangalore and work at IT.
Locals cannot afford to buy their own homes because of non-goans buying up land and villas. Goa gov needs to impose extra tax on non-natives to discourage them from buying a their second homes. Yes, Come to goa, work here, stay here, enjoy goa, respect local issues that’s effecting us here but go back to live in your own states. Don’t make Goa into another over commercialised concrete jungle.

i am very soon gonna buy a villa in south goa ,and yeah shame on u ,u people earn ur livelihood with tourism and u have a problem with littering.
