Cech is bang on about the differences between 2012 and 2021. In 2012 we won it by sheer determination and we rode our luck on multiple occasions. 2021 we fully deserved it. We beat every team en route to the final handsomely over two legs and completely did a number on City in the final.
You took the words right out of my hands. In 2021, we're deserved winners. In 2012, we did ride our luck - Messi and Robben's penalty miss. It was like some supernatural force had said it was ours in 2012. The first time for me was the most emotional.

My one regret about the CL final was that I wasn't able to celebrate Kai's goal fully. VAR always gives you that unconscious feeling the goal would get ruled out

I couldn't get myself to watch the final till the end, I got up my couch at half time and started pacing around my neighborhood, heartbeat faster than d speed of light, going tru livescore until the 80th min. What a surreal feeling at the final whistle. I love this club.

After thrashing Juve we are all concerned about Chilly B and wether he can be ok for sun agsinst Man- Ure. I'm not a fan of AlonSlo because he is slow to track back and help out in defence, but we just might need him on Sunday as our left wing back. He is much better pressing forward than in defence. However let's all hope that Chillwel recovers in time, fingers crossed.
Alonso is not as bad defensively as everyone thinks he is, he lacks the stamina Chilwel has, but he has won every trophy except carabo cup with Chelsea and has been cruical in all.
