  • In this Vlog we decided to explore behind the National Comedy Center in Jamestown, New York. There is a train track that runs behind this place, and along the tracks there happens to be an abandoned building. (near the Riverwalk on the Chadakoin River) I have no idea how long its been abandoned but I'm hoping someone out there does. I also have no clue what type of business this was because there's no signs or any indication of what operated here. Part of me thinks it has something to do with the railroad because of its location but still not sure. I know at one point Jamestown was a booming city and was home to MANY thriving businesses. Everything from furniture factories, voting machine production, blackstone & more! In recent times, a lot of these old businesses have closed and are now literally rotting & falling apart. This one still stands today but it serves no purpose other than for graffiti art. Leave us a comment if you have any information! Also, if you are someone who enjoys this abandoned content, let us know because we want to get back into posting these types of Vlogs.

That's interesting, correct me if I'm wrong but I grew up in Jamestown it reminds me of this other spot the old underground tunnel pathway beside JHS at the end of institute st. So according to my parents they would cut through this tunnel pathway I'm referring to from institute if they ever had to go to Brooklyn square? I think it's called where Ames was at but it was another store before Ames. This was in the late 80s early 90s for them I believe, I guess way back it was used pretty regularly by people and by the early 90s the city closed it up. My dad didn't mind walking through it but my mom says she'd be scared because it was dimly lit/spooky and sometimes homeless guys would hang around the in or around this "underground pathway" I'd love if y'all would do a little video on this spot I'm talking about ✌️

We’ve heard about this tunnel before but never knew where it was! Thanks for giving us that info about it, we’ll definitely check it out. 👍👍Wish it was still open because it sounds so cool lol.

I'm guessing its the spot that barred off by the Railroad bridge near Brooklyn square on Main St. I've always thought it would be cool to explore in there. The old Ames is now the Riverwalk Center. If you wade across the river from the Riverwalk Center there are open doorways into the abandoned factories over there. The big one was really cool but it has since burned down.
I was going to wade across the river and explore over there again this summer but there where people in there already (I think they were doing drugs) so I got shechted out and didn't go in. Unfortunately Jamestown has gone down-hill a lot in the time since I moved back into the area. There are a lot more homeless and drugies. I've also heard that the Police have gotten a lot more strict with urbex and trespassing since the arson problem started. Back in the day Law Enforcement never really bothered Urban Explores.@@ElevatedVlogs

We were right behind the Comedy Center (walked up from the river walk near BPU). Then we walked down the train tracks a little bit and found that building lol.
