If they have even a one vote majority in the House, and Warnock in the Senate, they can kill the filibuster and pass all the House bills that expired with the election. If you’re wondering why the Democrats didn’t do X or keep promise Y, check the House record. The Dems had a tiny majority and used it to pass dozens of practical helpful bills, all of which were killed by silent filibuster by the Senate Republicans. They do need a functioning majority in both chambers to get legislation to the President’s desk now that the Republicans will cooperate on almost nothing.
Deliver? After having to swallow the fact the DNC will never fight for progressive policy I had to feel grateful for them protecting rights we already had at least and then BAM! Our SCOTUS starts taking rights away under 3 Democratic led branches of Govt.
