I went on that same food tour almost 16 years ago now. It’s still given by the same guy! And yes those dumplings are divine!

When my friends took me to Binondo all we ate were huge breaded porkchops and rice. I’m regretting not going around more in that place.
Just porkchops and rice?? 😱😱😱 There's plenty of good stuff in Binondo. Local bloggers recommend a whole day of food crawling around Chinatown.

What I noticed during the shoot in Quiapo is how clean the streets are..

The guy is Chinese as well... but thereare also different Chinese languages and dialects.
It's Hok Yuen Chinese not Cantonese, but it has its similarities.
it's his job as his tour guide to introduce him to the food properly^^ He might know some words or not but it's better to have someone who's sure to explain it for him in the vid. :3
