Edible Lace Recipe
CMC or tylose powder 1+1/4 teaspoon
Hot water 1/4 cup (50 ml)
Cornflour 2 tablespoon
Icing sugar 1 tablespoon
Corn syrup 1 teaspoon
Add CMC into hot water and mix very well . You needs to mix it at least 3 minutes. Add cornflour, icing sugar and corn syrup to it and mix very well to get a fine paste. Wrap and keep it in 30 minutes in an airtight container. Take it out after 30 minutes and apply it on lace mats. Bake at 5_7 minutes at 100 degree. Take from oven and peel it carefully.
