- We got somewhere in the realm of 14" of snow in a couple of days. Unfortunately, we couldn't get out on after the first night to make a video. So we drove over the snow a lot before getting out after the second night. Still, our John Deere 1025R with the HLA Snow Pusher and MK Martin Pull-Type Snow Blower did a good enough job. We just should have prepped for winter better!

I have markers on order, but our first snow came about 6 weeks early. I am not sure what to do, but I think I am going to be forced to find the edge of the driveway and put the markers in frozen ground. I like the snowblower you have and wish something like that would work here, but the 4 foot drifts I get sort of rule that concept out.
Good investment 👌. It will be interesting to see 👀 the difference.
Moved from southeast MI to Memphis area 2 1/2 years ago. This video was a big reason why! Thanks for the videos
Haha, I hear ya! We thought long and hard about middle Tennessee a couple years back.
Before it snows, mark the edge of the black top with yellow post from Tractor Supply work great, can't see them very well put pop bottles on top... use the snow blower more.... have a great winter season!!!!
Delineators FTW!
You make it all look easy! Best wishes.
Enjoyed watching you deal with 1st major snow drop. The 1025 did a great job. However I got cold just watching. That's why this old yankee migrated to SC.
Haha I can see that being me some day!
You probably have time to get some yard markers in if ground not totally frozen over. Check out Brian's Lawn Maintenance for the plow-right stakes in many colors that don't break. You could prob partner up with the seller. I see they're made over here in Wisc.. I was going to buy a bunch but still have 50 of the fiberglass slivery ones to use up yet.
Yeah, good stretch of warm weather coming. This snow will be gone, I'll get er done.
I always marked the edge of my driveway with little fiberglass post try to make them orange or yellow they stick out real good in the snow they're easy to put in and if you do end up hitting one they break easy and don't hurt anything
Every box store around here sells snow markers...you just have to go to the store and buy them, lol. Well, I guess I could probably get them on Amazon :)
Excellent items list especially the made in USA focus, look forward to all new upcoming videos.
I have the same blower except the 68in I bought from you on my JD3039R cab tractor. Best purchase I ever made. Only down side is very wet and heavy snow. Yes she will plug up. that's where the snow pusher comes in. I am a little closer to Lake Michigan than you are. We got about 15 inches.
Awesome, glad to hear it! Yeah, I think the wet, heavy snow is a burden for any blower. One of the down sides.
@@GoodWorksTractors I found that putting paddle extensions on the blower fan makes a huge difference in blowing slushy snow. I know there are some kits available but I used some heavy rubber conveyor belting bolted to the ends of the paddles works good. Also I heard once that the paddles should be able to sweep a Nickle and leave a dime in any type of blower application such as silo blower or snow blower.
Last winter I bought an HLA 2500 snow pusher for my Kubota L6060. Those who made negative comments about an HLA snow pusher on the front end loader have evidently never used it. It is, by far, the best attachment I have. The ability to flip it to allow me to back drag within inches of my garage and shop doors is genius. No more tipping a full loader bucket. Push snow in piles as high as your loader arms can go with only the vertical lift function on the joystick. Courtney, did I mention that you need a heated cab tractor in winter? Regards from snowy north Ontario.
Awesome video Courtney! I really like the description graphics at the beginning of the video pointing to and describing the snow pusher and snow blower. Much better than simple text at the bottom of the screen.
Yeah those are pretty slick. Thanks for the feedback. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
Man that looks like such a beautiful work not having to worry about keeping the blower off every gravel covered ridge or bump to prevent it from picking gravel into the blower. Not so much fun on country roads and driveways that aren't landsaped. The snow pusher is completely out of the game in this situation, best you can use is a blower (you need to keep raising and lowering the whole job not to pick gravel), or a snow bucket that takes ages to clean the ridges you've left after yourself. The blower does have 2 feet on the back of it but they only seem to dig into and displace any lose top gravel when pressure is put on them, leaving huge gouges behind you.
We generally can't side stack along the side of the lane, as the next snowfall will drift over it even higher... the wind has a habit of finding where you last piled and blowing directly across it to create the biggest drifts possible. This combined with trees right next to the lane also prevents us from using a blade.
Any tips for snow removal on rough gravel roads or laneways which implement would you use, and are there any special accessories that would help??
Thanks for the video.
Gravel is tough, especially when not frozen. Raise skid shoes or skid runners really high, so even when it sinks down, it minimizes the gravel moved. Run a rear blade backwards so it glides instead of digs....once frozen, it's much easier.
I put my driveway markers about 1 foot outside the edge of the drive. Gives me some operating room without taking out the markers. And I install them before the ground freezes. As for the driveway itself, I normally compact the first couple of snowfalls to give me a solid snow base above my gravel. Then my front mounted blower is throwing stones all winter.
Yeah, this snow will melt off. I'll get my markers in the ground. Our winters around here sort of freeze and thaw all winter long. Tough to keep that solid pack base.
@@GoodWorksTractors I sympathize with you as I only go through the freeze/thaw cycle at the start and end of the season.
I used a cordless hammer drill with a long 3/8" bit to predrill holes for my driveway markers. Not so much because the ground had frozen, but because here in Northern Minnesota we have rock...lots of rocks!!
Living in Minnesota my whole life I’ve plowed snow for forty plus years and to be completely honest I’m getting rather sick of it. I’m quite thankful we don’t have the quantity of snow you guys have yet. As far as I’m concerned you guys can have it all..lol!
Haha, I love it early in the year, hate it late in the year
I only lasted 15 years in Wisconsin before I moved 1,000 miles to Georgia. My condolences.
Courtney you could drive small colored post alongside your driveway with a flag attached at the top
Yeah, I've got snow markers coming...just a procrastinator :)
Great video!!! Snow is fun this time of year. It’s like playing with free material while honing your skills. Thanks for the video. 😁👍🚜💨🍳
Haha, good way of putting it. Have a good one!
Thanks for the videos Courtney. Happy thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving to you as well!
I moved from Wisconsin to Oregon and said goodbye to winter, 5 years later and I'm missing Wisconsin and the snow. My fiance and I are going to be moving back to Wisconsin.
Hehe, life sure is a winding journey!
I moved back to Wisconsin for the same reasons
Ballot measure 114 is another reason to move if you like firearms, this state has become a problem, especially the income tax, highest in nation but you can use all drugs and free needles.
@@melissasmess2773 114 is crazy. I’m glad the Sheriffs are not going to enforce it I heard.
I moved to Wisconsin. I don't want to live anywhere else...well February to April I could live south lol.
Great first snow removal video Team GWT 🙂🙋🏼♂️👍🏻
Thanks OIMNG :)
It’s interesting… with all the tractor choices/combinations available to Courtney and Tim, they always end up on open station 1025r’s.
It's a real hum-dinger!
Rich guy like him you would think he would have a 50 horsepower John Deere with a cab? Properties and problems of the rich?
@@Efemedio1 All I see is a hard worker.
@@Efemedio1 Why did He not put in Snow Melt loops in the Drive way.
That looks to be a $2,000,000 Piece of Property.
My small place will have Snow melt loops in the Driveway, heated from the OWB...
@@m9ovich785 maybe he left them off to make content? It's looks cold there, so I would think he would have a cab? Your probably right about the price of that property!
@4:48 Yea I was just thinking that an Audi or Jeep would just drive outta there. A big snowstorm is when I'd be really excited to see how your merchandise does. I'm about to sipe all four, worn out tires, on my JD 2520 to see how that helps me run a snow blower up hill on a dirt driveway. Thanks for all your advice!
It's cold this morning, but it was like 65 yesterday. Yall can have all the snow, I'm good with the 8 inches we get on a heavy year lol
Hehe, I don't blame ya!
Nice snow video. As a connoisseur of snow plowing videos, I like to see the overall picture and strategy involved. I suspect putting together a video is much more complicated than it appears!
To be honest, it's kind of a pain in the butt. Thanks for appreciating that aspect.
The storm like they got here in orchard park where they got 77inc of snow in a 24 hours is where a hydraulic front mount snowblower comes in handy because you start up high and work your way down as you move forward
That’s a doozy!
Great video. Nice setup 👍🏻👍🏻
If you put the drag blade on the rear and tilt your blower correctly it will scrap better. I will be putting rubber pads on the inside to scrap all the snow. I've done it to my walk behind blowers and it blows the snow further and less chance of clogging up
Nice house, a five car garage now I am jealous.
Last house had a 5 car too, just a different configuration. Can't have enough garage space!
Ended up getting that front quick hitch plow (bx2812a) after checking out my uncles FEL trip blade on his B2650. He doesn't have loaded tires but had a pretty good weight rack on a quick hitch mount with a bunch of extra chains on the rear, it still shook the body of that tractor quite a bit. I figured keeping that blade in closer and lower will be safer and more compact, plus I can then just swap between by blower or plow with the same front mount. Then my emergency plan is, if needed, to put the bucket back on for big snow piles. I am thinking I probably will still want wheel weights added, and some versa brackets down the line. I was also looking at the Boss ExactPath 2.5, maybe the 6.0, for some added weight and utility on top of counter ballast.
You need to think about where all the water from snow melt goes when deciding where to put snow. No need to make the spring thaw worse than necessary. Have never used that type of drive forward rear blower. Never could understand driving over snow and compacting than trying to than scrape and blow away. Always have used front blowers on my tractors. 2038 with 60" front beast of a blower, and prior a 545 with a 49"? blower followed up with a 60" broom. Broom was absolutely the best snow clearer. Swept down to clean pavement as long as you didn't drive on first.
Good call on spring melt. Probably not often thought about.
The blowers don't care about snow that's just been driven over. Canada and Europe have used them for years. Highly successful commercial companies use pull types exclusively. They are awesome.
That looked like FUN!
I’m in Buffalo NY, as we continue to dig out, the best most effective snow clearing machines for residential driveways in this 6’ storm are the loader bucket on the front and PTO blower on the rear.
I’d say it’s all hands on deck with 72” of snow
@@GoodWorksTractors You’re certainly right about that.
That's the exact setup I had to put on my 1025 to clear out in buffalo this weekend also. I'm sure a rear push blower would be pretty annoying to drive backwards over Courtney's enormous driveway, but it was the only way to get out here. Otherwise the tractor would still be stuck in the barn 😁
Still using my front mounted 47 inch on my 10.26 the beginning of the season with the heavy wet snow that the blower gets plugged I just push it into a heavy pile of snow and it will self clean. Driveway markers are your friend. I Live 60 mi from Buffalo absolutely no snow at my house matter of fact I'm smoking the turkey outside and it's 55°!
Dam Courtney 5 car garage 😮 super jelly
Gotta have that garage space!
Snow is beautiful, but the removal part...ugh. The property is beautiful Courtney - the Lord is blessing you right through the midst of this economy, and will continue to! The subcompacts are great little machines for this; _so_ much better than trying to use a lawn tractor (ask me how I know...lol). Now we need a video of the pooch romping through that white stuff : ) Happy Thanksgiving!
Haha, June loves the snow! The snow does not love her back. Big snowballs all over in her fur, make it hard for her to run. I might need to trim her fur down a bit to try and prevent that from happening.
Here in northeast Georgia we don't have much snow but I enjoy seeing how the equipment works
Hope you all have a blessed week and a happy Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving!
80"-81" officially in South Buffalo. Cripes! Two years ago, we got 40" in a day near Binghamton, NY - that was enough! I use my 54" rotary brush on my x739 for the 1-4" "nuisance" snows (my driveway is about 450' long). For the bigger snows, I use my big Simplicity 24" thrower (industrial model, not big box) - I call it "The Beast" and it pays for itself every time that it gets used! When I get too old and cranky to walk behind the Simplicity, I'll put a JD thrower on one of the x739's. I also have a loader bucket (The Little Bull) on my second x739 should I ever need that. For the "major snow events" like the 40" in a day, happily my bro-in-law with his backhoe is only a mile away! Thanks Courtney - stop driving over the snow!
Whew, that is crazy stuff! Can't imagine snow coming down like that. FWIW, the Canadians have been using these pull type blowers for decades and decades. In fact, a really successful commercial snow removal company (Nick Bohner) has a fleet of them setup with only pull types. Looks unconventional, but it works!
I could only hope for that much snow here in AZ. We got a 3 inch and a couple dustings so far, we may get one or two good snowfalls this year, we'll have to see.
I'm stuck with a front mount snow blower but am thinking I want a snow bucket for my FEL as opposed to a trip plow that mounts to the frame in the same fashion.
Nothing better - if you have a mid mount pto - Use a front snowblower, and rear blade on the three point hitch. Heating cab is a plus. But you can grab snow with the rear blade away front a garage door and the front blower is easy to blow snow and you don't have to run over the snow first with your tractor tires.
Unless you need to use your loader all winter long, then it’s terrible. Or if you get lots of wet, heavy snows that don’t blow well and clog. Or hate dealing with shear bolts breaking. You get the idea. Everyone has their own cup of tea :)
@@GoodWorksTractors That is why god made multiple tractors :)
I very rarely blow out a shear pin unless I'm doing the neighbors mailbox and it's 4 ft high of Frozen snow bank usually though it'll chew right through that too.
I watched a video recently about common snow removal mistakes. Two points I remember were mark your driveway, and get out early and remove the snow before it gets driven over. I'll see if I can find the link 😃
Haha whoever that was sounds like a smart guy! 😂
Suggest you try an angle plow. My experience here in Vermont is the plow will be the fastest method for your long driveway.
Good way to bend the rams on those front cylinders
Hey Courtney I'm about 45 mins north east of you . Bout half way between Battle Creek and Hastings . We live on a private drive about 1/4 mile long . I was out with my 2025r with a frontier pusher and rear blade . The drive is pretty rough and wow , what a mess ! I think I plowed as much gravel as snow - it was very wet still underneath . It'll get easier as the ground freezes though . Nice video and you have a beautiful property . Peace .
Yeah, I didn't even want to touch my gravel right now. I figured it would wind up all over the place.
Edge Tamers and your bucket are the simple solution...
Great video how is the snow pusher on a gravel driveway?
Depends if it’s frozen up or not. Adjustable skid runners to account for either condition though.
I admit that I don't know jack about tractors. Not sure about that drag behind thrower however. Wouldn't the tractor tires pack down the snow (in some instances, maybe when it's colder) before the thrower gets to it? At 4:53, it seems to show that. Otherwise, it's awesome to have that tractor during snow.
Neah, the entire driveway was already packed snow/ice. We've done multiple videos with the pull type and shows it cleans very well.
Next time, let's see you tackle the driveway with a plow set to 45 degrees angle. You should be able to roll in high range WOT. Using the blower on the pad seems like an exercise in extra work because you are constantly shuffling the same snow. That's where a wide pusher ought to excel, eh ? Instead of marking the pathway, I use my vehicle to I.D. the central path BEFORE the snow gets too deep. The tracks remain visible, no matter what the next snowfall brings. The plow will easily wipe/scrape the snow tracks when plowing. My 7' pusher stores enough snow to make the full length of my pad. I don't try to use the whole width of it in each pass. Maybe 3/4, so I have enough snow 'storage' in it. The size of the pad should define the amount of underlap needed.
A plow also lets you get your road done in case the Road Commission drops the ball and vehicles need to get out to town ! Your neighbors will be thrilled that you did this. Thrilled == customers !
I always make sure sure my fuel tank is FULL to the brim. Heavy snow means low atmospheric air pressure and high humidity, and this condition invites water vapor getting into diesel if air is in the tank, when the pressure drops. I also encourage you to show (and trust) other members of the family to do this if they are capable, just in case you are not there when plowing is necessary. Good for bonding with them, too ! Builds trust ! That might mean you get stuck with laundry & vacuuming jobs as part of this 'bond', but it's worth it ! Ha Ha.
It goes without saying, that a quick attach loader feature lets me switch between a plow and a pusher very quickly & easily, no driveshaft to manipulate.
I agree with parts, not with others. Happy Thanksgiving and thanks for sharing!
Wow that was a lot of snow.
An 8’ snow pusher on the skid steer would be a lot warmer! 😁
Haha, it would! I don't think I'll put my skid steer on my driveway though. While I don't think it would cause any damage, I don't really want to find out I'm wrong.
Think bigger
@@trentcasey1354 id like to see pics of that setup!

Didn't want to go 54"?
@@GoodWorksTractors at the time i couldnt, would love that upgrade now
Dude, I can't believe you made a video on replacement LED bulbs for tractors and you don't have them in your 25R. lol We got about 24" out of this storm. My Ranger 800 6x6 and 2025R made snow removal pretty easy. My only drawback of buying a front facing blower is if you want to move snowbanks back with the blower. Another great video! Stay safe and you and your family have a Happy Thanksgiving.
That LED bulb video was about 3 years and 500 tractors ago, lol. I don't sell bulbs anyways, just link to them on Amazon. Even a full time right hand man wouldn't have enough time in the day to mod out every machine I have with all the stuff I've shown in videos...simply not possible.
@@GoodWorksTractors just busting your chops. I figured it was something like that.

Haha, well I'll survive :)
You might want to get those orange fiberglass poles to mark the curves at least. Just a thought.
If only some CZcamsr would have given advice on how to get prepared for snow season. You know anyone? 😂

Congrats on the new house. It’s stunning! Now you will have to do a pool maintenance video lol
I’ve got the HLA 72” pusher on the front and a 64” blower on the back that works great , I can back into a pile of snow or snow bank and get rid of it quickly you can’t drive over a snow bank or a pile . What do you do when you have 24 plus inches of snow ?
What do you do when you have 24 plus inches of snow? Wait for it to melt :)
Great video. Love watching good snow removal videos like this every now and then. I am hoping we get a good bit of snow here in SE Pennsylvania. It's rare I get my old Cub Cadet and plow out over the years.
I love the snow blade with the hydraulic angle kit I got from you! I can quickly push all the snow off to the side of the drive and then have an excuse for more tractor time later to go push it all further back to get ready for the next snow.
Push it back
As far as you can
Great video! What is good for gravel driveways...snow plow or snow thrower?
Anything with adjustable skid runners or shoes. They'll tend to sink down a bit when it's not frozen, so you want the ability to raise the cutting edge well above the plowing surface. Once it freezes up, you can adjust to minimize the gap.
@@GoodWorksTractors thanks sir
What attachments do you recommend for an all gravel driveway? I normally end up pushing a lot of the gravel with the snow when using a blade
Snowblower is OUT, dont ask me how I know.... I prefer a bucket with "Edge Tamers" and also backdraging. IF you use a layer of reclaim in the summer and pack it down, that holds down well.
Let’s see that inverted blower on a jd1025 in some deep snow.
Boy yall can have that snow...
Sure love it this time of year...come February, March, and April...well that's another story
@@GoodWorksTractors Yeah ,here in S.E. LOUISIANA we get a few inches every few years, but generally we get the ice and record lows. Believe me the people down here can not drive in either.
A cab tractor sure would be nice doing snow removal.
100% agree with you there.
I have one of those vinyl cabs with the hard windshield and top and a windshield wiper forgot who sells them maybe Curtis? Anyways I picked up a propane golf cart heater. It's small enough to fit in the corner of the cab and with a 12 volt fan keeps it nice and toasty in the windshield clear. I also have an old car heater cover that I throw over the John Deere seat keeps my butt warm. Even when it's 10° out I can blow without gloves and just a long sleeve shirt.
I'm surprised you are blowing the mud and it's not kicking the pressure release or breaking pins
It may have been more like a thick soup :)
Do you have a video I missed at your new property/home? Looks awesome
It's primarily where we've been shooting the last 5 months or so...normally out in the fields, by the barn, ponds, etc. Not much going on by the house.
I wouldn't mind seeing a side by side on what performs better the summit or the john deere been watching all your videos on the summit and trying to decide what to get and price wise summit seems to be the best bang for my buck
I thought I was about 90 miles from you and we did not get more than a trace.
Even a half hour east they only got a few inches. Must have been mainly lake effect.
I just purchased a new 2038r. Which sizes of the MK Martin pull type snow blower can I use?
Even being wet heavy snow, looks like everything cleaned up very well.
I’m not the biggest fan of snow but mostly because of the salt used on the roads. It causes billions in damage every year to vehicles. Who wants to drive their 68,000 truck/suv in a salt bath all winter every year? They don’t call it the rust belt for nothing! 😮
No good up here in the north, where's the snow reaches 12ft
That tractor has some little dinky rear tires. You should have gotten a TYM tractor.
What would that have changed in this scenario?
@@GoodWorksTractors Not a bit, I just thought it was a good time to dog out that green tractor ;-)
Confused why you would back drag that so far?
Because it was much more efficient than backdragging a little ways, then stopping what I'm doing, turning around to push it that way.
Great video! My kids love watching all your stuff. I've got a 60" HD front blower getting installed at my local Pape right now. Curious your thoughts about that, ever use one?
I have a front mounted John Deere one it's been on two tractors I just rebuilt the bearings last year. Works great it'll even blow 90% water slush out. I can also lift the front tires off the ground with down pressure and scrape the driveway. I end up shoveling about three scoops of snow for my whole driveway. And that's just by one garage entrance Door. The blower takes care of everything else.
@@bucket1249 That's fantastic to hear. I just got mine setup and will be plowing for a construction crew tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed it goes well, early tests have been fantastic...it just knocks the snow 10 yards away with no issues, even if I pick up a bit of gravel
The problem with pull type snowblower is your driving over the snow and packing it before removing it . Also 2 ft of heavy snow is dam near impossible to do with them
What material was on your cutting edge on this video?
It's very helpful to see the different methods of snow removal. It seems like each has advantages and disadvantages. In todays high gas prices, I'm a bit concerned about efficiency more than in the past. If one drags a pile a snow out and then returns to take the next pass (like the back-dragging), then you're wasting time and gas on the return trip. It seems like using a pusher requires frequent use of reverse/forward gear changes to drop the snow to the side and then get back to path, again wasted motion and hard on the equipment. Blowers are good for only certain types of snow (depends on the moisture content of the snow). It seems like angled plows are best for long roads, but not for wide areas near the house. Perhaps an adjustable V-plow would have the functionality of both the plow and the pusher? - can you demo one of those?
Yep, always pros and cons to each. I can see fuel costs being a bigger consideration if doing it commercially. Can't imagine the fuel price increase adds up to much significance on a tractor for a private residence. A pusher can be had for half the price of a blower for example. That is where some big moolah could be saved.
Great video, great timing. Up in Nova Scotia Canada. Have a question related to snowplow and angle cylinders. Just finishing up a fab on a snow plow using a light surplus plow from another tractor for a 1025R. I know you can get a third function kit that can be used to accommodate the angle function for the plow. I was thinking (very dangerous) if you could actually use the bucket curl function instead. Could you disconnect the quick disconnects from the bucket curl and repurpose for the angle. The real question is whether the location of the bucket when you disconnect would stay fixed with the residual pressure in the cylinders. I don't think it would hurt to have a bit of play and this would be the vertical angle of attack, but you wouldn't want it to be real sloppy. Thoughts???
I much prefer a blower on the front of my BX2380 - that way I'm not packing it down in front of the blower. With a major storm after the ground freezes, I'll run the blower, then drop it and clean up the straggles with the blade.
There’s many videos showing pull type blowers. They clean the snow up just fine.
@@GoodWorksTractors I don't doubt their efficacy. But snow has a wide variety of composition (just ask the Eskimos). Our flaky New England Winters can dump anything from a wet, soggy snow (challenging for any blower or blade) to a light fine powdery snow that makes snowblowing a pleasure. The soggy stuff really sticks to my gravel drive and if one drives on it before clearing the snow, I wind up blowing a lot more of it (the gravel) thru the snowblower. Does wonders for the paint.
Hmmm I just noticed that I wasn’t subscribed anymore
I had to resubscribe
Yeah, not the first time I've heard of that...CZcams is a strange animal
Okay, Courtney, as a rather risk averse individual, I have to mention the following…we, your loyal and faithful subscribers have become rather attached to you over the years. Please put up your ROPS. I know that it is down for access to your garage, but if you are anything like me or my brother, Wile E. Coyote, you need the ROPS up when clearing the snow!🤣🤣🤣🤣 One of your best videos yet! Really beautifully composed!
Yeah, thought about it as I was pulling out of the garage and was gonna put it up...then, instantly the thought left my head until you just brought it up :)
@@GoodWorksTractors Oh man, wait until you get to be my age! SQUIRREL!!🤣🤣🤣🤣
Change then bulbs too led lol
I have a new 1025R with a loader and Frontier rear mount snowblower. It seems like the 1st stage of the snow blower stops turning under heavy load. Are there shear pins on this thing?
Not sure I understand, nothing stopped turning. It does have shear bolts, haven't broken one yet knock on wood!
@@GoodWorksTractors On my 1025R Frontier blower it seems like the first stage auger stops turning under load and the blower just becomes a snow pusher. It will not chew up the pile of snow I'm backing into. It will still blow snow if it can make it past the 1st stage into the second stage.
What size snow pusher should I get for my Mahindra 20s
The HLA 1500 54" is the right size for you
👍
Thanks for watching!
When has the farmers almanac ever said it would be a good winter? lol
Saw a study that said they are right 51% of the time…or about as good as anybody else’s guess 😂
i'll keep my hurricanes, you can keep the snow
I'll accept that deal! 🤝
I work restoring power on storms. I'll take the snow any day at least my house will be there after it gets done snowing haha
@@bucket1249I would rather die quick from my house falling on me than slowly freeze to death. hehe
Must be good $ in selling tractor parts
The static in the audio was rough. Thought my speakers had blown. 😂
Can you mark the time of the video? I didn’t recall any static in the background.

Morning Mark!
@@GoodWorksTractors Good Morning!!
If you lived in Buffalo you who need a bigger tractor
If he lived in Buffalo, the tractor would get stolen.
😂
I prolly have a bigger one hiding somewhere around here

A close second!
Well done video! Love those aerial shots!! Keep spread'n the love! Happy Thanksgiving too! (Dave @PTO Link)
I can't imagine worse pieces of equipment for removing snow! Well ok the shovel still holds top spot but a snow pusher is so limited, fills up and is useless. As is a rear mounted snow blower that you drive over the snow first, ugh so frustrating watching this! I've a JD 7 series lawn tractor with a 54" hydraulic blade on the front and it does a far better job than what you have there. If I had the snow to justify it I'd run the forward facing auger on it...
Well I guess you don't have much of an imagination then :)
