It makes me sad to think the old houses, when people fix them up, everything is re-use-able but the modern stuff they put in the homes is just trash when it wears out. It's toxic to burn it and it pollutes where you dump it, has to go into a landfill. We're ruining our planet with this modern stuff, yet to be able to sell your house you have to do it. I like the WU Vlog videos where they use wood, cement, bricks, stones, and bamboo to make wonderful homes.

Still, there are a multitude of alternatives for self-esteem concerns and the very often normal challenges of life. One powerful method is the "renewing of our minds"... self-coaching, plus in my case, acknowledging one's Creator... And profoundly observing and enjoying Nature as much as possible. We must not serve our insecurities or become slaves to useless non-serving thoughts. If a thought does not serve me or my loved ones through me, it is not acknowledged. It's a spiritual and emotional/physiological discipline... Before it becomes a disease. With love.

I’m going down the route of concerned nurse & encourage people to wear masks and work gloves when cleaning spaces like this. I’m not sure if the hantavirus exists in this country, but it spreads from mice, rats, etc., who live in environments such as this. I would hate to have an illness impact this hardworking young man’s life.

Differences between me and him doing reno. I wear a ball cap backwards, safety glasses, gloves, seriously disreputable clothes, and steel-toed shoes. I get dirty. Really dirty. I also tend to curse. A lot. Now him...just look at him. He looks like a model. A highly skilled model, but still.

I don't know why there has to be shots of animals? Just for clicks? I just wonder what happens to them after I see them. A cat tied up with a string around it's neck bothers me. Just show the renovations, leave the animals out.
