Honor? Please...when he was alive they didn't ask him to be in the reboot. He died like 2-4 days later when they said it was going to happen. R.I.P.
They did ask him. He was going to make guest appearances by his choice because of Riverdale.
brian said on his podcast that not only was luke asked to join the revival, he actively gave his input on the script and key parts of the storyline. he also would have been part of the main cast if not for scheduling conflicts with riverdale. luke's approval and opinion were ALWAYS of great value to them.
