Recipes:
Pasta Salad:
Ingredients-
*Betty Crocker Classic Pasta Salad: amzn.to/43noNDt
*Ranch
*Fresh veggies: I like diced cucumber, grape tomatoes and spinach.
*Squeeze of lemon juice
*Salt, pepper and sugar to taste
Directions:
1. Cook your pasta then drain and let cool.
2. Mix up a sauce using the seasoning packet that comes with the pasta salad, the ranch and the seasonings.
3. Mix the pasta, sauce, fresh veggies and lemon juice together and serve!
Taco Salad:
Ingredients-
*Cooked ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning
*Salsa
*Western dressing
*Can of corn
*Lettuce
*Shredded Cheese
*Doritos (crushed)
--Mix it all up and serve. I have no measurements on this.
Chicken Salad:
Ingredients-
*Rotisserie chicken (diced or shredded)
*Mayo
*Squirt of mustard
*Sliced scallions
*Thinly diced celery
*Halved grapes
*Salt, pepper, garlic salt, sugar
--Again, I have no measurements. I just start adding things, tasting as I go until I get the flavor I like. I want to say I use about 1 cup of mayo, 1-2 tbsp of scallions, 1 rib of celery and a handful of grapes. I like to serve mine on croissants with romaine.

No Bake Cheesecake
I use this recipe from AllRecipes for the cheesecake. I omit the lemon extract. Then I layer it like a trifle using graham cracker crumbs and I like to top mine with cherry filling. I use this box because it already has the graham crackers crumbled! amzn.to/3TyfbCq

We call them scallions and I love grapes in my chicken salad. I also put nuts in mine sometimes. I would love to see a slow video of how you cut up that chicken.
I always use a LOT of bowls and spoons when I food-prep.

If you take a spoon and then you put that stuff on a plate all you have to do is use one spoon one fork one plate to taste test your stuff. The spoon takes it out of what you're cooking you put it on the plate poker with the fork you put in your mouth

Actually scallions and green (or spring) onions are two different varieties. And Yes Ma’am, to grapes and cereals in chicken salad! Oh and sometimes pecans, raisins, and mandarin orange pieces. 😋

@@OrganizedChaos4 They are similar to green onions, but have rather elongated bulbs with a purple tint. They have a more mild flavor and are mostly used for sautéing.

I love grapes in Chicken Salad. Apple if I dont have grapes. I tried it with just onion and celery a while back, didnt like it! Once in a while i add a dash of curry powder. Love your house. Your kitchen appliances are so pretty!❤❤

I say green onions sometimes, scallions if I'm feeling fancy! Yes to grapes and apples in chicken salad, also chopped walnuts or almonds, and a little bit of tarragon with the usual seasonings. Your house is very pretty!

Green onions, grapes in chicken salad are an absolute yes, and I also use lots of dishes when I food prep. I am also a master list and schedule maker when it comes to entertaining, lol. I have mine in Google docs so I can send it to my family, and they know what they have to do and when. It's a lot of up front work, but it makes the day of the event sooo much less stressful for me. Your home is beautiful! Congratulations on finally being able to revel in all of your hard work. Hi Audrey. Yes yes yes in every aspect lol. I use a ton of dishes everyday not just when I'm meal prep lol I feel like the thing I use the most is knifes ,spoones and forks for sure lol a little suggestion in the kitchen. Something that help me so much is an instant pot. I have a 6 and a 10 quarter and is just a game changer. Everything that cooks with any liquid will cook in there. I use it every day multiple times a day specially for pasta, oatmeal, boil eggs, rice , and frozen wings.
Also I grew up in Mexico half of my life and we call ot green onions lol I actually never heard that term used before sounds funny to me.
I'm so pumped for the Sunday video coming up ! I bet I will be recreating some of those freeze meals!

Try the bag trick for rotisserie chicken. Pop chicken in zip lock while slightly warm. So simple only takes a few minutes

I tore my Achilles tendon just by having bad feet. I have very little arch and on my feet a lot.i was put in a boot for 2 months but didn't need surgery.
I’m so sorry!! I don’t think it’s tore because I am feeling a little relief today. Monday morning I thought for sure I had tore it, I couldn’t walk. My foot doctor didn’t want to xray or MRI with the baby. His first option was going to be a shot, but again he didn’t want to because of the baby. So we just did these lifts to help my Achilles get some relief from the brunt of my calf muscle. I think it’s helped. ❤

We don't know. It was something in the garage. It was one of my worst fears. We had fire extinguishers around the house. The kids had fire sprays. We had a fire plan. It didn't matter. My advice is don't let paranoia win. I was that person. I was fully prepared for the worst and it still happened. I'm not saying don't be prepared, but don't let that fear stop you from being happy.
