Selden Furlex 300S lower swivel assembly - repair - maintenance

In case you renew your forestay wire then it makes sense to do a full cleaning and maintenance of the Selden Furlex lower swivel unit. This video illustrates the steps needed to assemble the unit back together after thorough cleaning and replacing the bearing balls with new ones. Disassembly goes easily in the reverse order.
This shows the steps for Furlex 300S but I assume that 200S is very similar.
The task is easy when the unit is detached from forestay and securely on dry land.
Don’t try this when the swivel is on your deck around the forestay!
