I was there - row 12 . The distant cheers around 3:55-4:05 from the lawn were for two F14's landing at nearby NAS Norfolk VA.... This was in the middle of the Iraq war and many many military families live is this area.
Thank you for posting this. I literally listen to it everyday for years lol.. the sax solo at the end of this version is truly special and is one of Leroi's best solos IMO.
I love DMB and Jeff Coffin but that solo at the end was much better than anything Jeff has done with the band the last what 10 plus years with the band. Miss LeRoi so much.
Totally disagree. (I’m a drummer and love Carter). You can still go and see Carter shred. Can’t say the same for Roi. Each captured solo of his, especially on songs like this, are very special

The entire sound of the band has changed since his death. Not for the better IMO. LeRoi's style was just perfect for DMB.
